I voted for Arnel because Journey is probably gonna vote him off in a year or two ANYWAY.

On the subject of fashions from 1986...what's the deal with the white suit and pink shirt in your avatar, bluejeangirl76?

had to vote for Cain.

1. Because I prefer the Rolie era.

3. When you see him on stage, he looks bored like he wants to go home.
So Ill give him his Wish

Cool topic. I haven't voted as of yet..each holds a significant part in Journeys past and current future.

Deen's drumming cannot be matched and I continue to be in 'aw' of each performance he performs live and in studio. A new millennium type drummer if you will and is at the top of his game. Plus, he loves nothing more than to do what he does..how many people can say the same in this world?

Ross Valory has been there since the creation, and like Rhi said, has given his life to the band. Got shafted once by Perry, and was brought back for a reason. Plus, the man can party. Plus-Plus he's a goofy looking bastard and cannot help but like his onstage character.

Neal Schon. God. Creator. Cannot be touched.

Jonathan Cain. Jesus. Can be crucified at times, but is a HUGE part of Journeys sound and could be argued to be Journey's start to success when they started hitting big. Is a pubic hair away from being an original. This man is needed for this band and is the ignition behind Neal's engine.

Arnel Pineda. Deserves everything that comes his way. Sincere, Kind, Talented...comes from a harsh background and will take NOTHING for granted. The way he handles himself onstage proves that. The best man for the job. Cinderella Story.

I'll think about this then set in a vote..

You people are heartless. A kid dies and Cain cries and you make fun of him. Or you question his sincerity and that he was acting. I'll confess maybe the guy isn't perfect or an angel, but that doesn't mean he is a total monster. Give him a break on this one.
