Cool. Then we'll no longer be a country where a fucked up Democratic party is against killing rapists and murderers and is in favor of killing unborn children. That can't happen soon enough.

Yep....that confirms my last post quite nicely. Especially the poster who made the comment about the Dems and Roe v Wade.

In fairness, most of those women were already clearly going to vote Republican and/or were already conservative.

Venomous, though. Ouch!
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

Black president/first outright socialist in Barack Obama.

His speech last night was good......for McCain. I wasn't voting for McCain and I still don't like him, but after listening to the Socialist if not marxist Obama last night, I said, "fuck you, you big ear, skinny chimp (Bush looks like a monkey too so it isn't racist)" and I will be voting for McCain. Grant it, it won't matter because Obama will win at least 60-40 in Illinois but it's the point. Although I do have reservations about Palin pick, but I do like her, I am generally excited about this. So, that helps. Don't get me wrong, probably by next week the Republicans and McCain in particular will probably say something in their speech that will piss me off and put me back in Bob Barr's column.

Palin is also the most popular governor in the country. I believe she has approval ratings in the high 80s if not low 90s.

That is great! So Sarah has a son going to Iraq next month and McCain has 2 sons who have served over there or are currently. There goes the argument about supporting a war their kids aren't fighting in.

I really love Mitt Romney, but I think Sarah is a great choice. Mitt & McCain would have appeared to be too rich and too white. For most of the moronic voting public, perception is reality. Mitt is supremely qualified to be on the top of the ticket though, and I'm sure some day he will be.

Glenn Beck was saying today that when she became governor of Alaska, she told a staffer to go outside and take pictures of the jet the previous governor had purchased so they could put it on Ebay and sell it. She didn't feel she needed a jet.

Obama has already put her down for coming from a small town. I say it is about time we get these elitists out and a real person in. She has some good qualities so far. I am interested to learn more.

As a decade old member of The Illinois Republican Party, I can't wait to meet her when they swing through Chicago for a fundraiser. :)

I couldn't believe his statement when I heard it. So much for appealing to rural America.

I've always said it would make a great campaign song. If I not mistaken I think it was McCain who played it once at an event last year. I remember I heard it at someone's.

There are quite a few "small town girls", I am one. Maybe they will vote for one, instead of a big town lib.

Barack is only interested in appealing to himself. His whole campaign is the largest display of self-gratification I've ever seen. He is all show and zero substance. I know, I listened to part of his speech until I decided to go puke up some bile as it would be way more fun. He says shit anybody could come up with, it's all "feel-good" verbal diarrhea. Which is so inappropriate right now. We are a country at war, whether anyone approves or not. We don't need to have a this ska-doosh preying upon the youth and less-freer-thinkers in this country with his constituent ass-kissing. Sure, elect him, go ahead... it'll be nice to watch his pompous ass have an epic fail. OR you could look at the alternative... a guy, doing his job over here plugging along for love of our country who has been comparatively scandal-free since day one and who is far more likely to have America's best interests at heart. Obama is a snake in the grass and will bite us in the ass if we let him. Mark my words.

And for the record, I'm moderate.

/rant over.

Well at the rally in Dayton this afternoon they did play Right NOw by Van Halen to start and end the rally :!: :!:
If that was her choosing- great. But.. she might be be a Hagarite, which might split Van Halen voters right down the middle!

Could you imagine if the ticket would be Jon Cain and Sarah Palin instead. It would've been a Reaganesque landslide.

BUT if they could get the DLR, MA, EVH, AVH, and Sammy together it could unify the fans and become a machine. They may need to book the Metrodome in the Twin Cities instead. I could hear Dave now, "Look at all the people here tonight!"

Why would he want to? Democrats are lagely voted in by non-working, government dependent, inner-city trashballs. Take a look at a county by county map and you'll see that virtually the entire country is red with small, blue pockets in hell holes like L.A., Chicago, Detroit, Philly, NYC and so on. The vast majority of hard working, land owning Americans vote republican. Someone please post a county by county map from any of the last few elections.
