Yeah actually I do, lol. Weird I know, lol. Hubby won't even buy shoes on his own, he always wants me with him for an opinion, lol! So of course all his shoes are pretty cool, lol :P

Several women over the years have told me that the first thing they look at is a guys shoes, and that they won't go out with a guy if they don't like his shoes. Which works out bad for me, because I only like wearing tennis shoes, and I like to get my moneys worth out of a pair.

Speaking strictly for myself here, who cares about shoes? The only time I'm gunna care about a man's shoes are if they are mismatched or completely inappropriate. Sneaker are awesome but not with a suit! 8)

If we're only talking about looks
LONG HAIR on men is an instant turn on for me. And none of this ponytail crap! If you've got long hair, show it off.
Long hair with NICE TEETH is even better. I will never even consider kissing a man if his teeth are nasty. :x
Long hair, nice teeth and GOOD HYGIENE and we've got ourselves a winner!

Instant turn offs include, bad body odor (some women dream about sweaty dirty men but seriously, that only works in the movies where the sweat and dirt is all fake!), gross teeth as I said already, dirty hair and piercings in the nose, lips or chin.

"I'm talking purely eye candy peeps....

Women feel free to tell your side....cause we KNOW it all starts with the hair, as well....."

If it's purely eye candy....for me:

1) a guy's voice - the right voice can make me swoon!
2) smile - a killer smile and I'll follow him anywhere
3) hair - the longer the better

I had really long hair for 15 years, and I got dirty looks from everyone over the age of 39. My hair has been short for about 5 years now, and here are a couple of women who say they like long hair. I can't win.

I rarely ever wore mine in a pony tail. Only when I had to keep my hair out of my eyes or out of machinery at one of my old jobs.

I should have clarified that I was NOT in that age range. I'm only 36 right now. So I wasn't looking to hook-up with women over the age of 39 at that time. I think most older people think that if your a guy with long hair you probably are another Charles Manson or something? I had long hair because of being in bands.

Well it's not like shoes are the only thing I pay attention to. I will say though that I think flip-flops on guys is kinda gross, unless they're at the beach or something, lol. Sandals and such are for girls who paint their toes pretty, like me, lol.

Anyhow, as for what is attractive, just depends on the person IMO. Short hair, long hair, BALD, I really don't care, I've seen men in all those categories as attractive. Funny, down to earth, non-a-hole personality is the best IMO.

Of course that doesn't mean that us women can't be just as shallow as men are sometimes when we see an amazing specimen of a human being, lol. Hubby and I were at the mall not too long ago and passing by Abercrombie they had a male model standing in their doorway with nothing but jeans on.....this man's body was incredible  lol. Hubby and I have that kind of marriage where we are great friends as well, so we can tease each other about crap like that and it's hysterical, lol. His response to me telling him "You don't even want to know what I'm thinking about that man's body right now" was "Hey I could look like that"

Definitely EYES...windows to the soul, ya know.
Smile
Nothing better then a built guy in a nice pair of Levi's and white t-shirt...yum! I used to be about the blondes and long hair, but I'm rather partial to brunettes now.

Other that that...if you have a job and you're not a felon, it's all good.

As pure eye candy - smile, eyes, hair (I'm a sucker for long hair, especially if it has a slight curl), good biceps and legs (scrawny legs are not a good look on a guy!) and a pair of tight jeans don't hurt either!

But in terms of what attracts me to someone, it's smile, eyes and an ability to have a conversation! The last one ends up being the most important (especially if he can make me laugh) - although, well, yeah, long hair is still definately a bonus :)
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Actually, it's common fact that the first thing the human encounters (for those that can see) when they look at another human is the instant glance at the eyes. Granted, if they're moving away from you this is not possible. But the human brain always looks at the eye first. That sends an immediate negative or positive signal to your brain. From the eyes we take the entire face in. This whole process can be a micro second or a few seconds, depending on the weight of the positive or negative message sent. After that our individual "special needs" kick in and we glance at our favorite body parts. But the eyes are always the first thing we look at.

For me- the eye candy is hands, eyes, ass, mouth. Going a little deeper I LOVE it when a man knows how to fix things. Just general stuff like minor repairs is fine. (Big plus if you can build stuff though!) BUT being wrapped up in your arms is what makes me REALLY melt.

I'm with Jrnyman28, it's the whole package. Just the way someone walks can seal the deal. But if we're just talking physical attributes then my top five list would look like this:

1. Boobs
2. Boobs
3. Smile
4. Boobs
5. Boobs

jrnyman28 wrote:1. Hair (Preferable LONG) (And I have a saying that Blondes get your attention but brunettes keep it)
2. Eyes
3. Butt
4. Boobs
5. Smile
6. Legs

That's just about the whole package!

And I LOVE faded old jeans (tight) with a white top!

Funny thing is, that works for eye candy, and is completely unnecessary for a relationship. But it don't hurt to get the ball rollin'.

Nope, sorry, you lose this time! I come from the Land of Good Beer. I've drunk Miller Lite, and quite frankly wouldn't water the lime tree with it! For an American beer, it's not too bad, but given my choice of local beers, why bother with American? If you want to taste heaven, I'll send you a list of beers to try
