lol, I see that statement might be an oxymoron (sp?). What I meant was there are some in the online J fan community who take little facts here and there, twist it to form their own narrow perspective, and use said perspective to hammer away an "opinion" of the man as "fact."

Good, I am glad you got to enjoy it in spite of it all! What is so funny is we all aquire pictures from the net. That is the first time I ever had anyone tell me to remove one! LOL! I thought they were tasteful, not like the one of Neal on the crapper........that was funny though! LOL! Waht matters is you liked it and we won't care who didn't!

The worst part about that happening to you is that if you put up a picture of him that you owned because you took it, in person... don't think for one minute it wouldn't be right clicked and saved and posted on EVERY Perry site within two minutes including the one that asked you to edit your post.

I don't know what goes on with other fansites but I swear the Perry / journey world is just sometimes. There's so much more hate than you'd ever think over something we're all supposed to have in common. It takes all kinds, I guess.

1) he isn't (by most accounts, it seems) cool with pictures so were he to grant me one, cuz I'm special, I'd respectfully keep it to myself and 2) I have seen what happens every time there's a pic of him that surfaces - it gets ripped apart and criticized for 10 pages on every site AND all the loons grab them and make avatars out of them and drool over his eyelashes and arm hair and everything else... and I wouldn't want that to happen to my happy moment. Is that selfish? Probably. But so what.

I see your point BJG. But if someone wanted to crop me out of the picture of Jon and I, so they could have a picture of Jon, I would not mind. Just as a FYI to the person who asked me to remove the pic. I did not crop anyone out, it was already cropped.
