So charity panel members and pastors are fair game, but not immediate blood relatives?

not necessarily news, just another comical day on the campaign trail. tho i have to say it really pisses me off when people call 911 for non emergencies, nothing funny there.

joe's friggin outgoing voicemail message states he is in the middle of family political business (paraphrasing). i'm not grasping, just adding topics to the thread. it's illegal to use 911 for non emergency situations.... mccain's brother violated the law.

The correct answer is Obama got to choose associates like Rev Wright and Bill Ayers, McCain didn't get to choose his family.

Care to explain how a candidate who has raised more money from Wall Street and Corporate donors than any candidate in political history will bring about that socialist/workers revolution?

Didn't both Carter and Clinton have whacko brothers??? Listen, I think McCain has ZERO shot of winning this thing, and that his running mate is semi-retarded. That said, his family isn't an issue, as far as I'm concerned. As someone else already pointed out here, you can't pick your family!

Went and voted today. I found a place to vote that wasn't advertised very well. It was at the pipefitter's local union hall. I got lucky. I was in and out of there in literally 5 minutes.

With all due respect, Obama has not shown once cum-shot of eratic, shoot from the hip, head not screwed on right behavior....while McCain's entire campaign (and his 2000 campaign) is chock full of it.

I still find it odd that so many of the right-wingers refuse to remember or (or if they do) recall McCain's refusal to participate in a 2000 primary debate for characteristically childish (and mcCain ) reasons....only after his campaign people basically threatened him with mutiny did he agree....and only at that point, he did so via closed circuit TV.

Doesn't this sound like the first debate of this year, when the sack of shit wouldn't debate...citing his long-standing, puke inducing resume of leadership in economic crisis as the reason to back out of the campaign? Sorry, the guy's full of shit and his eyeballs are fucking brown....

....Obama has shown over the past 4-6 weeks that he can take the heat and still deal with business...McCain's campaign is a fucking embarassment. Campaign twats are defecting to reporters and telling bad bed time stories by the vagina load....Palin cant do an interview without that creepy fuck looking over her shoulder and the creepy fuck himself can't leave the poor fucking ohio plumber out of his campaign promises for 2 fucking sentences...

The guy's a fucking embarasment. He was an embarasment back in 2000, he was back in 2007, he was in early 2008...when the rest of the republican embarasments backed out of the primary race....and he's still a fucking embarasment now.

Regarding McCain's temper, I was shocked when I was watching Morning Joe a month or so ago and he was appearing via satellite. And his attitude towards Mika was disturbing to me. She rightfully was asking about the negative ads. He was so visibly pissed off and was rude. Threw out that townhall meeting line instead of answering. I'm so sick of that evasive line. He told her she was voting for Obama anyway. You could see his jaw clenching. They were stunned on the show. Man, if he can't handle the media and he goes off like that, it does make you wonder.

I can't understand why McCain is getting a free pass on all the info the Vietnam Vets have come out with. The man sang like a bird while he was in captivity and made 32 tapes for the Viet Cong. He was arrested at some point for verbal abuse toward some woman...a prostitute, I believe who wouldn't "service' him.

He stood in the way of legislation that would have released information on POW/MIA and berated the woman who was speaking in its behalf. It was said that he did so because his records would have also been released and he doesn't want that.

funny thing tho, mccain was always a media darling. remember the big bbq he had for them at his place in sedona, must've been during the primary? when he began censoring things really changed. brings the image of tina fey's palin doing the press conference and responding to the debate, mccain was like "gggrrrrrrrr :x "

To me he always looks angry. His smile is very forced and you can always see his jaw clenching. He is just scary, IMO, and Palin is as dumb as a box of rocks. She doesn't even know what the VP's job is.

probably too risky. the worst thing would be to attack a former pow, even if his support for present day vets is next to nonexistent. what did he say his reason was for a lack support in benefits for vets? something to the effect of- you don't want the benefits to be too good cuz then they won't re-enlist...

It's interesting, I was talking to my best friend about all the candidates about eight months ago. She's a captain for a major airline. She told me that she was talking to the pilots who have the Washington D.C. route and was stunned to hear that McCain was the biggest asshole out of all the politicians, that it was well known. And they were all surprised, because they admired him. She's a Republican and voting for him, so it wasn't a malicious comment.

Larry Flynt's Palin porn shaping up very nicely.
Not a big fan of porns with plots and interminable stretches of dialogue, but this looks like winner.

I don't remember any reasons. He was too busy berating the woman trying to present a case for it.

I posted the link to the site several pages back, but it went unacknowledged. I think it was vietnamvetsagainstmaccain.com or org. They are definitly MCain's "Swift Boat".
