Not necessarily. I can look at that and see a "yep" as being in concurrence with comments you made or even the comment by Jana. Look at it overall as a whole and not just one piece. Never assume.

After some more back and forth with BJG, he finally came back and said he went and researched Matthew Shepard and acknowledged: He did not deserve to die. I never assumed. You can read the whole thread. He acknowledged it. And I'm not going after Tito unfairly, because he knows I've stood up for him a couple of times, but only a couple

Incorrect! I wasn't familiar with the Tina chick. I heard of/knew about Sheppard but not every single detail. When I back and read the story I said it wasn't as clear cut. The retracting of the statement was because you two didn't catch my sarcasm (sorry I didn't use emoticons). The bottom line was there should not be special laws i.e. hate crime laws. Charge them with murder and punish them but not additional punishment that everybody else would get.
