Am I the only one that's disappointed with this report? We're basically at square one. We already knew he had been "collaborating" with people for the last few years. An album may take a few more years to come out, if one even comes out at all.

Yeah, not sure what news this is except a confirmation (maybe) that was already given by those that had lunch with him and heard the demos. Obviously he has been working on stuff, but that has nothing to do with it actually being released. Not trying to be a downer either..just practical given the guys history. Which is all any of us have to go on.

Exactly. We already got this info from Lora and Cyndi last year.

The split was like a divorce in a way, and we the fans were caught in the divide. Some went one way, some went another, I just felt it was best to let them deal with their own issues, and respect the music all of them brought to the table. Perry is and always will be my favorite vocalist.

I truly think Miller just spouted off the info. I don't think there's any conspiracy like some people have said. I certainly hope the collection of music Perry has put together becomes an album on the ipod and in the car one day, but I'm not getting my hopes up until I see it.
