Someone said they had a field-pass to last game and Brady couldn't bad-mouth the Steelers fans enough and we weren't even heckling or acknowledging him. I get that Brady is the poster-boy of the NFL with his charming looks and his stellar play but he is one cocky little bitch and talks enormous amounts of shit. I understand the hatred in the Pitt/N.E rivarly but Brady gets under the skin of MANY teams and he's so hated because he talks and backs it up at the same givin time.

Dude...I promise you Brady could give a fuck what you or anyone else in Shitsburgh is saying about him. Brady has never made it any secret how much he loathes that city. The funny thing is that Brady's hatred of the Steelers is directly tied to their players talking trash in the media about how they were going to beat down their opponents. I'm the last guy who is going to beat up a guy like Brady who plays with an insane amount of emotion. Just like I never beat up Joe Montana who played with ZERO emotion. Guys do what they have to do to fire themselves up and if talking trash to fans gets you fired up, more power to you! I promise you this...in spite of your claims that Brady is now all of a sudden a king trash talker, I challenge you or anyone else to find one single audio or video clip during Brady's entire career where he has ever predicted a single win, talked down on an opponent or been anything but respectful about every opponent he has ever gone against. You'll be looking for a very long time, because it simply doesn't exist.

Brady does it in his own way man. Bellichick won't even respect the other coach when he lose's and stomps off after a loss at mid-field. The Pats danced all over the Chargers fields numerous time and caused ruckus's within player's and all kinds of their cocky nature. Thing is, they earn it. It's like running up the score, which Bellichick is so famous for. If you want them to shut their mouth, stop them.

The difference between the Patriots and other teams in the NFL is if they have anything to say, they're actually smart enough to keep their pie holes shut until after they beat the team. As for the video, it proves my point 100%. All he said when asked about Plaxico's prediction was "okay". He said absolutely nothing else and never does! The guy never says the wrong thing. He may think it, but he's smart enough to keep his thoughts to himself.

I agree with you negative bastards regarding Palmer. here is a question for you.

Without looking up stats, is Drew Bledsoe a HOF'er? Donovan McNabb?

Without looking at the stats, I would say that Bledsoe absolutely is not and McNabb may be borderline.

Nope....and Nope...

All Bledsoe has is Yards - and a shit load of INTS.....Perhaps if it is the HOF for Deers caught in the headlights. Drew was the most immobile QB i have ever seen...

Again, your "logic" is flawed. Who cares about his immobility? The fact is dude did chuck the rock for 44 thousand yards and had 250+ TD's. I would say he is borderline.

Dude...I'm in your corner on Drew as far as him not being a HOF QB, but what the fuck does mobility have to do with it? That's always been the most ridiculous argument when it comes to QB's. The reality is that most of the greatest QB in the history of the NFL couldn't get out of their own way. Marino had lead fucking feet. When I looked at Peyton's rushing yards last week, I believe he had minus 6 rushing yards for the entire season. Conversely, Steve Grogan still holds the NFL record for most rushing TD's by a QB. Mobility isn't a factor, AT ALL!

I'd say No for Bledsoe, but maybe McNabb gets in for his stellar play and being the most important key factor in getting his team to 5 straight NFC Champ games and then to the Super Bowl. Bledsoe threw a chunk load of picks and wasn't too reliable when it came to clinching games. Trent Dilfer said it best today. I love Dilfer's insight and is what I've been saying all along.

A measure of a QB shouldn't all be looked at stats and numbers. It should always boil down to how a QB performs when the heat is on and to channel that heat into that givin' moment of being a clutch passer in clutch performances, as well as completing 3rd down passing in their career's as well, which is HUGE to how a football team responds to victories and the 3rd down percentages.

Yeah...I know the big pussy has all those yards. I hope you enjoyed his pathetic performance today. Dude has turned his career into a complete fucking embarrassment. By the way, Tom Brady will be on this list in the next two weeks and just passed Hadl for 15th all time in TD passes today. Interesting list. There are definitely a lot of guys on that list who I would never put in the HOF. Kerry Collins? Yikes. Apparently the dude was sober longer than I thought.

The reality is that stats clearly don't matter if you're a QB who wins. Bradshaw and Aikman both proved that. Neither of those guys get anywhere near the HOF without playing on winning teams. The stats definitely count for something, but you have use what I call "the eyeball test". I think most football fans know a hall of fame player when they're watching one. I never once felt that I was watching a HOF QB when I watched Bledsoe play all those years. Not to mention, some of those guys on the top 20 yards list didn't play on very good teams, so a whole lot of those yards were complied during "garbage time" while they were trying to play catchup.

That must have been it. Moon was a pretty good player. I know you and Drew went to the same school Dean, but I saw this guy up close and personal for most of his career. He was a good NFL QB. Even better than average and I'd take him over Palmer all day long. That said, Drew sucked when the game was on the line and almost always made the wrong decision. He's definitely one of the good guys and I always respected the hell out of the guy for the way he carried himself. He simply isn't a HOF QB in my opinion.

Jim Rome is the biggest asshole on T.V. He's lucky he didn't get a boot down his throat. The dis-respect in that segment is just unreal. So dis-tastful. Rome was one of those guys in high school who talked up a big scene but the moment you'd fuck with the wrong person, they show their true colors. Whatta punk.

Rome is by far the biggest radio/TV sports personality in the nation. His takes are great and his interviews are top notch. You should listen to his radio show, it's much better than his TV show. You have no idea what you are missing Trav. My guess is you listen to local Pittsburgh radio which I am sure is nonstop Steeler talk. How riveting.

You have no idea what you are missing Trav. My guess is you listen to local Pittsburgh radio which I am sure is nonstop Steeler talk. How riveting.

I get Rome's antics and love his segments on "Rome is burning" when he completely schools athletes for fucking up in a game or two, whichever it may be. Doesn't change the fact that he's a top notch asshole that I'm sure had more than one or two threats in his life. As far as listening to local sports radio, how is that any different than anywhere else?

It was probably that douche breath T Bone. That thread was fine. What horseshit.

I'm pretty sure it was Andrew cuz I saw Andrew on here just moments before it was gone.

Hilarious how Jim Everett's name keeps popping up on these lists. I still remember when him and Rome went toe to toe. Funny shit!

Is this what you were referring to?

The thing about Romy's radio show is it's nationwide. He has affiliates everywhere. I know there is one in PGH. In fact Cleveland, Ciny and PGH have major border skirmish's that are awesome to listen to. I mean, smack running like no other. The whole show is about running smack.
