In a civil trial the burden of proof is considerably less, dope.

Amazing. You continue to gloss over the point. You must've been great at dodgeball as a kid...

I am not even going to reply ever again, to your posts. You are without a doubt, the WORST poster here, easily. That isn't even debatable. You are awful.

Just keep complaining about officiating. You are good at that.

I'm just glad S2M isn't my coach. Thank goodness he didn't take that up as a profession. Could you imagine his sideline banters and bitching against the refs as well as opening every game with the onside kick and flea flickers every other play and weird game plans that only run at a small percentile ALL game (like going for it relentlessly on 4th and 15.) That would be a mess.

Easily. I loved Brady before Socratic Methodist even knew who he was. That being said Brady and the Patriots will always have 1 more SB than they deserve!

Is it a contest? Sorry, I didn't get the memo. Who gives a fuck who knew Brady first.

Don't blame the player, blame the tuck rule....Oakland had plenty of time to win that game...if that's the SB in question....

Couple of things:

I'm glad Collie is ok.
Sorry, that was a catch and fumble....A Jaguar should have picked that up and ran to the house

Manning didn't even care that Collie was down. He violently unstrapped his helmet w/ a look of disgust. What a dickwad.

Spoken like a Raiders fan! I can assure you that those of us who are Patriots fans feel strongly that Brady should absolutely, positively have 4 and not 3, because the Giants simply weren't the better team in 2007. That said, it's football, so these things balance out. Honestly, I've never quite understood any Raiders fan position about the whole "tuck rule". You can certainly argue about whether or not you like the rule, but you can't (at least logically) argue that the Raiders got robbed. The reality is that the officials got the call correct. I've seen that play called 100 times since then, and it's always called fairly consistently like it was that night in Foxboro.

Anyone just see that Saints tipped touchdown catch in the back left corner of the endzone? Whatta catch, damn, one of the nicest all season. What a game, Baltimore's on their annual implosion on defense this season, up 21-7, tied 24-24.

If this ball isn't "tucked" then there is no such thing as a QB fumble.

According to Mike Perreira, NFL's director of officiating:

"The rule is very specific," Pereira said. "We have to make our decision based on the rule. Intent doesn't factor into the rule. Does the ball come out after [the quarterback's] arm is going forward and before he tucks the ball back into his body? If so, then it's an incomplete pass."

end of story. Crappy rule. But a rule nonetheless. NEXT!

All I know, is if S2M were playing football, I would sign up as soon as possible to play. I would hit him so fucking hard, his heart would be laying outside his body, thumping around like a wounded duck on the grass. I swear to Christ no one has ever fired me up like this clown. I wouldn't care about being fined. Hell, I would be proud to be fined if I hit that motherfucker so hard, his wife could feel it 4 states away.

What a game. The difference was the opening kickoff and obviously the safety towards the end here. I'm seriously scratching my head here because I don't think the Jets are that very good. The Steelers out performed them in many area's, and even though we couldn't punch it in, I'll still take Roethlisberger over anybody on a game winning drive. Good game, I hope we see the Jets again soon.

Pats- Pack coming up.

The Steelers would have won had the refs not blown that OBVIOUS pass interference call that would have put the ball at the 1. The Jets get away with EVERYTHING. Horrendous officiating, as usual.

I love how the Packers can hold and hold and hold, and nothing gets called...and then that p***y Driver, 20 seconds AFTER the play ends, tells the ref he needed to throw a PI flag, and then the zebra pulls it out of his ass and throws it. This game is FIXED.

3 penalties, and an onside kick are all that has kept this from being 21-0....Belichick is the best halftime strategist. Look for an all out smear in the 2nd half.

Another "petition" flag against the Patriots. No call - then the FudgePacker turns to the ref, tells him there should have been a facemask call, and the zebra does it again. Unbelievable.

THAT call cost the Pats 4 points - GB would have been forced to kick a field goal there.

Wow. I'm at a loss for words. The NFL obviously wants the Jets to win the AFC East.

The Steelers wideouts were getting held all game, can't believe not one was even called, esp late on that last drive where I counted atleast 3 holds. Doesn't matter, we clinched anyway and to get #2, we gotta beat Carolina and Cleveland. I say we get it done.

It's a dumb rule anyway....has absolutely NO bearing on the play. Did the hands to the face cause the INT? No. So STFU.

BOTH players had hands to the face.

TWO MORE holds on this drive - no call.

The refs are doing EVERYTHING THEY CAN to give Green Bay this game.

The INT was legit - the Pats should be in post-game victory interviews right now.

Having your hands on a facemask and having your hand under a facemask and not removing it are two totally different things. One is a penalty and the other isn't. They got the call right. And I'm glad the Pats won. It helps the Bears. :)
