I had a dream last night. It's going to be two PAC 10 QB's in the Super Bowl. Do the math Tom, err, Trav.

Fuck the fucking Jets.

I've always loved GB and Pittsburgh - the two teams I've always pulled for other than the Pats - but I hope the Steelers CRUSH that fat fuck's team by a few touchdowns. EVERY SINGLE Jet is a fucking prick. I'd bet I could take out their kicker and punter if I had a couple of beers in me. I'll leave the rest to the Pittsburgh D. And I hope that prick Price - the one who said Welker might never play again before last week - has his pathetic career ended by a chop block.

Wow, I hate that fucking team. I'd rather spend two months at Sing-Sing with the Eagles than watch those SOB's on TV.

Oh fuck that! I have seen enough of Pittsburgh. Boring team. I am pulling for Rex to get there and win it all. That guy is awesome, runs bitter smack and is funny as fuck. The Steelers can suck my crank.

i like him too especially the stuff about feet, lmao, kinky ass dude, hell i have a foot fetish myself. and rex ryan is definitely a breath of fresh air with all these overly serious coaches like belichick.what do you think about a green bay/new york super bowl?

if i can't get a steelers/packers super bowl i'll settle for the jets/packers.

I'd rather the Patriots finish 3-13 for the next decade than see the Jets in the Super Bowl.

Once they lose on Sunday, their defeat of the Patriots doesn't mean SHIT. Not SHIT.

FUCK the Jets. FUCK THEM.

I hate both of these teams, but I don't have a dog in this fight. Looking at it objectively, the Jets have better players than the Steelers have. This Steelers team really isn't that good. That said, the NFL is a QB league and I trust Ben The Rapist and Aaron Rodgers far more than Sanchez or Cutler to win a big game.

This is logical, however, the Bears defense is more dangerous than any remaining teams, including the jets.
Rodgers is very very good, however, in a meaningless game to the Bears , they barely pulled it off, it will be a tough
game , but the Bears at home will prevail, Bears already have beaten the Jets , I expect Bears / Steelers Super Bowl!

The Bears' D is better and more dangerous than the Steelers'? Really?

They gave up 50 points at home, in the snow, to New England. Come on.

To put things into perspective, the Steelers defense has really come together even stronger in this December month. The Steelers were always #1 in rushing defense, possibly the best ever when stopping the run, but this year has been magical. The Steelers are setting records with their run defense, giving up a severe low 62.8 yards per game! Who's ranked second in run defense? Chicago at a whopping 90.1.

(The Steelers also ranked #2 in overall defense behind San Diego, while Chicago ranked 9th. The Steelers finished 12th in passing defense, and Chicago finished 20th. The Steelers only give up on average 271.6 yards per game, while Chicago gave up 314.3 yards per game.)

The distance between one and two are tremendous. The Jets ran the ball exceptionally well against the Steelers in their W (106 yards), but that was without Troy in the lineup. I don't see that duplicating, which means Sanchez is going to have to pick apart the Steelers D which I do NOT see taking place. No way, no how. Sanchez is protected to begin with and is very in-accurate. He over-threw many open WR's last week, but N.E nor Indy has the defense to be in your face and force the necc. turnovers throughout the whole landscape of the game. That ball won't fall to the ground against Pittsburgh.

The Jets had everything come together just right for ONE game, and barely won.

Play that game 10 times, and the Pats win 7.

The Steelers are going to CRUSH New York. 27-13.

Hate to say it, but the Ravens giftwrapped that game for the Steelers with their 47,589 turnovers. If the Steelers play against the Jets like they did against the Ravens but minus the oppositions' turnovers, the Jets will trounce them. Never underestimate a team that takes down both Peyton Manning AND Tom Brady, regardless of how 'close' or 'lucky' the outcome was.

Wait, wait. Didn't the Steelers "gift-wrap" a defensive touchdown for the Ravens when noone even cared to get on top of a live football? Rashard Mendenhall fumbled as well (who only had 3 fumbles all season), which led to ANOTHER Ravens touchdown.

Pittsburgh was down 14 points at half time because of our own hiccup and "gift-wraps" but that doesn't matter since everyone wants to forget about those key moments that brought Balty to be ahead at halftime to begin with. Baltimore was so flustered that they couldn't hold onto a 14 point lead simply because the Steelers do things better than they do. The Steelers held the Ravens to 28 total yards in the second half. That's incredible.

It was the Steelers who spotted them 14 and they still couldn't win it. How about givin credit to the Steelers? Converting on nifty 3rd downs and going for the win on 3rd and 19 against a prevent defense? Nah.

Go back and watch that Jets/N.E game. They were anything but impressive, and I'm talking about their offense. Sanchez was over-throwing reicevers, and their drives were stalling possession after possession, which brought N.E to 3. If it wasn't for Santonio's electrifying catch, again, then Brady could of pulled it out. Jets aren't all that.

If the Jets go into Indy, into N.E and then into Pitt and beat that defense, they deserve it and I will certainly tip my hat towards them. I won't even be angry. I don't see it happening.

The Jets upset over another player playing dirty? This is good comedy, considering the Jets' track record...

Wait, so the Steelers' two first-half turnovers weren't "giveaways"? It works on both sides. Nice theory, though....too bad the stats don't support it.

You must not have seen the game, New England scored 33 points the first half,
most or half of that total was from turnovers they returned for touchdowns,
They only allowed 6 points the second half, of course the game was over by halftime,
and no doubt brady was moving the ball well, but that was the only blowout they had
and it was more of a turnover problem then lack of defense. final was 36-7

Jets bold claim: "We are going to win"

http://www.nypost.com/f/print/sports/je ... BTnWgSQLZO

Lmao, these punks must realize their mouths don't win football games. Now wonder why New England fans fuckin hate this team. Ryan is digging his own grave and his players are following suite. They are on the verge at awakening the sleeping giant and going to get their ass beat like they did the first game but the scoreboard will show for it this time. Sick of their big mouths.

From this point on, no matter WHAT happens the rest of the season, the entire Jets' franchise is going to have a target on its back. The whole team is like some pathetic old-school WWF Barry Horowitz side story. Football players, on the whole, don't like other guys talking shit all the time.

It's too bad none of their even bigger-mouthed defensive starters are on special teams, because I'd love to see Troy take out Revis or Cromartie with a sternum-shattering, career-ending hit.

This is hilarious coming from someone who supports a team who has a history of running their mouths. This is the same team who made reservations for The Super Bowl for all of their families and friends before the AFC Championship team. I won't even mention one of their defensive backs "guaranteeing" a win against the Patriots during a completely different season in the playoffs. Sorry dude, but this act doesn't work when you're a Shitsburgh fan. I don't disagree with your point that the Jets run their mouths FAR too much. That said, I'm guessing they probably learned the act from watching past Steeler seasons. I've told you 1000 times...when you lose, say little. When you win, say even less!

Is this the same dude who supports the team that were printing off 19-0 shirts, books, and merchandise 2 weeks before Super Bowl 42 was even set to be played? Dude, other than Joey Porter and Anthony Smith, Pittsburgh hasn't really been that huge of trash talkers. We've said over the years that we don't need Joey Porter to do our trash-talking for us and it's always other teams that trash talk us to begin with through the microphone of the media.

You can't have one person speak for the whole entire team like Anthony Smith did. We've always said that's "Joey being Joey" and he went onto do the same thing for Miami, esp when he played the Pats twice a season there and said he wanted his rings back from them cheating their ass's off. Other than those two jokers, Pittsburgh has rarely been a media trash talking team. I think it's funny because there is no cockier team than New England and I don't give a shit if it's done on the field or after the fact. Not one time did I hear Pittsburgh ever guarantee a championship, out of their mouths, ever like Rex Ryan and his squad has done all season. BTW: Where is Anthony Smith at right now? Has he been heard from since? Didn't think so.

Hate the Pats if you want, but they're far from cocky. They don't give ANYONE bulletin board material.

I've never felt the Steelers were full of false bravado. Probably the greatest franchise in NFL history.

As much as it pains me to say it, probably one of the best organizations of all time in ANY sport, especially given the way the NFL operates compared to the NBA, MLB. Admittedly, my NHL knowledge is lacking. Among the three big boy leagues (in the US), I gotta give the Steelers the nod.
