And the bears proceded to make 2 touchdowns after that, had the ball, and almost tied it. You'd think you'd know they COULD have won after that many years of watching.

The Bears "made" 2 touchdowns after trailing 21-7? Huh? Wasn't the final 21-14? Did you see the Bears score two 3 1/2 point touchdowns? Maybe you should stick to hockey where goals are counted by the ones!!!

I thought the Bears had 0 going into the 4th quarter. Which is why I said 2 touchdowns. Since I could give 2 craps about that game, I didn't tune in until then. Excuse me for not noticing they already had one touchdown going in. The point is, the lead was not THAT BIG for football. And into the last 2 min, it was still anyones game. Saying game over, both times was wishful thinking. You just happened to get your wish :P

Nope, you're wrong. The question was not whether it hit the ground, it was a question of whether it "moved" when Miller hit the ground.

He had his arm around it at all times.

Good. They're going to score six in spite of that robbery.

The refs got it exactly right. Even though Miller may have had the ball between his hands when the ball hit the ground, he lost control of it. Even though he regained control before it touched the ground again, it's still an incomplete pass.

2nd year pro, made the AFC Championship BOTH years....went further than Brady....what's not to like? He already beat Pittsburgh on the road this year.

I think the Jets have had success despite Sanchez rather than because of him. Is he pretty good at managing a game? Sure. I Just think all his check down after check downs aren't going to work on the Steelers. Especially seeing how the Steelers are shutting down the run game this far. I don't see Sanchez beating them now that it's crunch time. The Steelers will just keep crowding the line of scrimmage.

Doesn't mean SHIT if he doesn't make it to the big game, let alone win it. Without that, it's just hot air.

It's not that he's never won or been in the big game.

It's just the fact that when Pittsburgh shut down the Jets run game. Sanchez is NO THREAT to throw the deep ball and give the Steelers a reason to back off the line of scrimmage.

The Steelers are up 17-0 now and they're just gonna keep bringing the heat into the Jets backfield.

As much as I like how that sounds, I know it's not true. The Jets could come back. If they stop playing shitty. Last playoff game, Steelers were getting killed before half-time. After halftime, they tied it up and won in the last 2 min. You never know. Though I like your theory this time.

I hope so. I don't see it happening though.

Did Cutler give up? Was he faking an injury? Apparently some NFL players think so.

This might be the most dopey argument anyone could ever make about ANY team. Without Jordan, the Bulls have as many NBA Championships as I've won!

Not so fast. They fired Mangini, so things will only improve.

Looks like it's a bet you would have lost, thanks to the Steelers doing a complete no show in the second half. GO PACKERS!

Agreed! At least Dallas should be a little warmer....that could help?! They need to take the second half of last game, first half of this game, and THEN we have a Superbowl win!

Come on John, you can do better than cherrypicking. The point is, it's far harder to build a consistently good football organization than a basketball organization because of the huge difference one player can make. In football, as you well know, that's not the case, or at least nowhere near to the same extent as it is in basketball.
