and just because one activist judge ruled the law unconstitutional does not make it so.

Brewer has a point to a certain degree. I bet you half of the "uninsured" are illegals. Can you blame her? To that point, the Obama administration is stepping up enforcement of illegal crossings. 'bout time.

How are British chicks? I see them all the time on www.bustybrits.com and other sites and they're hot as Hell, but I am betting that is a small percentage.

I have one good thing about me, and that is my white chicletts. Everything else about me is pure dog shit. Balding, fatter than a grown up Oompa loompa, bitch tits, farting, belching, hurt knees, vicodin taking addict(allegedly), beer swilling drunk, and red eyes all the time. In fact on my CA ID it says 6'3", 240, blonde hair, red eyes. :o

How about this. If I get behind in my Child Support - they flag my Tax Return and take it out of my return. How about NOT making it mandatory for people to have health coverage, but instead, if a person racks up a hospital bill - allow them sufficient time to pay the bill(say a few months). If it isn't paid back by then...hit them with an Income Tax offset....and in the case of someone who doesn't work, or has no income. Make them do community service for the bubble.

AND REALLY MAKE AN EFFORT TO ENFORCE THIS

theres a line from a Motley Crue song which applies: " All around the World, Girls will be Girls " What they do in Vancouver and LA, they do in London and Birmingham.

Tell Travis if he can't figure out what I mean by that its clear that the guy's never had any girls anywhere!

Actually it does. Obama can't go any further forcing this on us until he gets this ruling appealed and overturned.

And the judge isn't an activist. Activists change and create law from the bench rather than simply ruling. This guy rightfully looked at the mandate as unconstituional and ruled like he was supposed to.

Since the Democrats didn't include a Severability clause, the whole thing is thrown out.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Obama go on and ignore the judicial branch like the Emperor he thinks he is though.

apparently the 1099 provision was repealed which is a good thing for business, even Obama decided to give that up.

LOL, I like you bro, I really do, but seeing George w Bush wipe his hee haw ass with the Constitution for 8 years was sickening, and not one of you on the right said a fucking word. Now you call Obama an Emporer? The guy is trying to better America and it's peoples. Bush just wanted revenge for daddy and money for Halliburton. Are you really going to tell me Obama is a selfish president? The man is trying to make the country stronger from the roots up. Just because you righties fear that the poor and minorities dare actually achieve something, doesn't make Obama's efforts futile.

He is up in the polls. he will be reelected, easily. What's your next move?

PS- I know Rush is in your ear Scotty, and you think he knows what is actually happening, but ion all seriousness, Rush isn't that bright. He has been wrong on many accounts. See, he tells you listeners(sheep) what to believe and to think. The judge who ruled in Florida is not an activist(you were correct on that and Lu was wrong), but that doesn't mean he read it right either. Justice Kennedy is the vote we are all after here.

Civility be damned. If the right wants a fight, I think Obama is finally ready to return fire. Bring it on asswipes.

Deano, it's for you...Bullshit calling. Image

I, for one, have spoken out against Bush on a number of occasions about a number of issues, especially about that pile of crap legislation, the Patriot Act (which Obama campaigned against but mysteriously allowed to become permanent under his watch).

Dems are on record, including Claire McCaskill in Missouri (who's constituents voted against Obamacare 71%-29%) as supporting Obamacare and giving her voters the finger.

So did Debbie (my husband gets busted with whores) Stabbenow here in Michigan. Voters just voted in a Republican governor with over 60% of the vote. The majority here don't want it.

You keep telling yourself whatever you want. You told yourself that Generations was a 10 star cd too. The fact is the majority of the American people don't want it. And believe me there will be more town halls, either the peoples will will be done or you'll see more Democrats including the President thrown out on his ass. He did say he'd rather be a really good 1 term president than a so-so 2 termer.

Stop trying to change the topic at hand. Sean made the point. The GOP did in fact cherry pick the fuckin bill and did set out to scare people. They completely made up, lied and fabricated, Death Panels. You should be fucking ashamed to be associated with that scumbag party. Do tell me David, that the GOP, namely Boehner and Palin, didn't go on the trail with the point of scaring people, namely seniors, who vote by the way, about NON EXISTANT Death Panels? Hell, even Donna, who is not old and is here at MR, believes Death Panels are part of the Law. That is fucked up.

Not changing the topic at all. He's castigating the Republicans for not voting for something they didn't read but saying nothing about the Democrats also voting on the bill and NOT HAVING READ IT.

You should be fucking ashamed to be associated with that scumbag party.

I'm not associated with that scumbag party or the other scumbag party, namely the Democrats. Fortunately, in Indiana, you do not have to register a party and that is just fine with me. In the last election, in ten contested races, I voted for six Republicans (none for any of the major seats in Congress, mind you), three Libertarians, and one Democrat. Unlike others, I actually put some research into the folks I voted for rather than intellectually copping out and voting a straight party ticket.

Finder is a righty, straight ticket righty, Scotty is a Rush follower, and Slucero is a died in the wool Pubby. I still like all those fucks though, I really do. Oh I forgot, Dan is a sensationalist Pub, meaning he will say whatever the Hell will offend someone the worst way, and I respect that actually.  :D

I don't hate any of the Pubbies here, but I loather the Party. IF and I emphasize if, the Democrats had a backbone like I do, they wouldn't fuckin lose, ever. That's one thing I do have, in addition to horrible etiquette, boogars, pee stains, skid marks, bitch tits, and all that good stuff, I do have a backbone. Ask Steve Augeri about that. That fake rock star. Goddammit now I am pissed just thinking about that bastard who ruined my favorite band.

Watching Anderson Cooper from CNN take 3 shots to the face (2 hooks and a straight jab) while reporting in Egypt was funnier than hell. Get that story, moron.

Dan, were those money shots Cooper took to the face? Because he is, you know, um, reputed to play for the other team.
