Final GDP numbers came out for Q4, and while the CNBCrap crowd is championing "improvement" when they quote the topline number... the "Change From Previous Quarter" column (which should show fewer negative numbers if the economy was improving) instead reflects numbers that are actually trending downward...

No, donna has prescience and her own 88-mph DeLorean, as well as some illicitly acquired Libyan plutonium. She is a time traveller, and knows everything that has happened or ever will.

Donna, the whole subject just makes me sick. You, however, with your blissful ignorance and Hannity sappho-stained lips, make me want to actually puke.

Once you're done re-hashing Limbaugh's lie-infested talking points and finish O'Reilly's laundry, you and Beck can march down to the stage set of the "fake" 1969 moon landing and have one of your own Rivera-opens-Capone's-vault TV moments.

I don't know. Perhaps he did. But, as I said, if he wanted to shut those "birthers" up, all he'd have to do is put it out there. As much "personal" stuff that's out there on public figures, this would be the least thing I'd think he'd worry about (if there's nothing to worry about). Maybe he thinks if they're focused on that, they're not keying in on what he's doing now, and that's probably a win for him. :P

Gee, now you've hurt my feelings twice in one week.

Just like always, your "100% factual" and utterly irrefutable sources combined with your name calling and "get your chin of Limbaugh/O'Reilly/Beck/Hannity's sack" ramblings have done more to show what an idiot you are than any facts or information I could ever cite, so by all means I urge you, beg you even... keep it up. But I have to ask... don't you have some half-naked pictures of your wife to post somewhere on the internet? :?

No, my factual posts make you look the fool. So does rehashing ridiculous and thoroughly vetted (proven false) GOP talking points like you always do.

And my wife looks hot as hell. Have you, on the other hand, decided to get off your couch and/or high chair?

It's not brilliant. Bush invaded Iraq for oil, and because Hussein insulted his daddy. It is a fallacy to bring up any humanitarian sideshow in Iraq because, although, Hussein was killing his own people - and needed to stop - that is NOT the reason we went there. We invaded on a lie.

We don't even get our oil from Libya.

Bush needed to get the OK from congress, because he KNEW once there we would be there forever. And he wanted the backing of that piece of paper saying the Dems were for it too.....He didn't care HOW he got there, only that he did. Once there - all bets were off.....as you can plainly see.

Yes it's brilliant because it ilustrates the hypocrisy and brainwashing of left vs right politics... and its ALWAYS always been about oil...

If you don't think it's about oil, then please tell me a better reason. But before doing so, give it some thought. Think about it. Go ahead, I have time. ....... ...... ....... ........ ........ No really, I have time. Put those tiny little brain gears in motion and give me an answer.

Your answer is, is that you don't have one. It's about OIL. Why in God's green earth would we have any interest in those fucked out countries?

Seriously. WMD? That was a great one. OIL. Big business. Suck it in, it is what it is. And the sad fact is, you already know it.

look... I never said it was "accurate"... but yer blinder than a bat if you can't see its always been about controlling the constant flow of oil... cause the American economy and society are not capable of existing in their current state with $4 plus dollar a gallon gasoline....

...which is another reason no-one will vote for him in 2012.

The GOP needs to distance itself from this "issue" because it will cost them political capital in the next election cycle. That, and the decidedly anti-union stance the party has taken.

I still think Romney has the best chance to beat Obama at this point. He's moderate enough to win a majority of the independent votes and sway some moderate Democrats. Republicans can't win with a far-right fringe candidate with a graveyard in his closet (Gingrich), and Palin has systematically alientated about two-thirds of all registered voters. In fact, if the election were held today, I think Romney would win by a rather substantial margin.

What is with Sean Hannity and his Peyton Manning routine? Recently he's been throwing a damn Nerf football after every segment. I'd take to sack that liberal-hating bastard into next week. He has got to be the biggest hypocrite ever on TV. Telling Bob Beckel that Obama is a hypocrite. LMAO. And when Beckel brought up the fact that other presidents have done similiar things(read: Bush), Fannity stated that he should stick to the current president in office. How quickly Sean forgets when his boyfriend was in office, he would constantly wax pathetic about Clinton - instead of taking his own advice of sticking to the toad in office....

I FULLY supported Bush Sr.'s incursion into Iraq in 1991, and I defend Obama's decision to assist Libya.

HUGE DIFFERENCE between NATO-backed, global initiatives such as the Gulf War I, the Balkans, and even Afghanistan. Bush Junior's Iraq war was indefensible.

I'm not sure whether I support this one or not but at least Bush Jr. went to Congress first before both the war in Afghanistan AND the Iraq war.

And indeed that is an interesting combination. After all blow jobs usually dont result in the appearance of birth certificates.

He needed to. He needed the Dems on record as agreeing. So once it turned into a clusterfuck, he could say, 'Well, you guys were on board with this...not entirely my fault.'

Not when the entire construct of the war was predicated on lies and known false connections.

Anyway, the image of Obama as a waffly, Carter-esque character was further confirmed last night by his letting the Colonel off the hook militarily. In theory, I understand his desire to attempt to ensure the perception of this intervention is NATO-enforced and therefore a global initiative, but he's pretty much ensuring a perpetual stalemate by stating the objective is NOT to remove Uncle Mohammar from power.

To quote Diamond Dave, it would appear Obama has all the spine of a chocolate eclair.

Anyone else catch the huge gaffe by "Camera" Chuck Schumer? You know, the guy who never passes up a camera or microphone without trying to get some airtime? Seems he didn't realize reporters were on the line this time before he spilled his guts and admitted that he was following his marching orders from the Democratic caucus. Priceless!

Admittedly, a huge gaffe. But NOTHING like Bill Sammon, the Fox News' Washington editor, lying about candidate Obama in 2009:

"Last year, candidate Barack Obama stood on a sidewalk in Toledo, Ohio, and first let it slip to Joe the Plumber that he wanted to quote, 'spread the wealth around.' At that time, I have to admit, that I went on TV on Fox News and publicly engaged in what I guess was some rather mischievous speculation about whether Barack Obama really advocated socialism, a premise that privately I found rather far-fetched."

Hate to tell you this, but making the rich richer is actually not nearly as capitalistic as it is despotic. The system favored by the GOP is nothing more than a glorified, somewhat color-blind caste system not unlike the one in place in India. The middle class that thrived during the Clinton years was created because the ultra-wealthy paid enough of their share to allow the middle class some discretionary income. THAT is capitalism.

Gotta love Marie Forleo of Fox.com's piece on "Campus Hookups." Among her pearls of wisdom for all girls of all ages to read:

"Don't hook up with a guy if you're sloppy drunk or he's sloppy drunk. You're just going to find yourself doing the walk of shame the next morning and that's not cute."

"Do your best to stay away from your professors. I know some of them can be cute but let's not go there."

"If you're comfortable with your sexuality and it means having different partners, I honestly don't think it's a bad thing as long as everyone's practicing safe sex and it's consensual."

Gotta love Fox Republicans. They're just so thoroughly hypocritical and two-faced.

I think a sitting US Congressperson (regardless of party), doing what Schumer did... ranks a bit higher on the hypocrisy and scum-bag meter than someone who isn't a public servant and who's job it is to sensationalize news to sell advertising

.. and that "system" you mention hasn't changed one damn bit with the new President... seems to be the same breed - regardless of party...
