They are supposed to sound like THUNDER!!! As in "lightning" and thunder...and they tried to use them to distract Fleury, everytime the puck made it's way down! Try sitting around that for over 2 hours! Our ears were killing us!  But being in opposing teams tshirts, we HAD to put up with it! A little boy behind my daughter kept doing it right behind her head, not on purpose, but NON-stop. She kept turning around, but the parents didn't care. She kept saying to me "I am going to kill that kid with that thing by the end of the night..." but rest assured, the boy is alive! It was a TERRIBLE thing to hand out to fans! And I had NO white towel Travis!!!

Thunder, that's hilarious haha. As much as it could "distract" the Pens, don't you think that could distract Tampa Bay as well with that kind of annoyance? :x Well, atleast we shut them up pretty damn quick, lmao. You don't have a white towel OR a Terrible Towel? You're slacking Ms.Lynn!

Well, they were very careful to use them at the same time, when the Pens had the puck, during time outs to rev up the crowd, and when they they scored a goal! I think it was a bad idea! Even though the thunder idea was cool! Kids used them constantly!! I have ONE! They gave it to my husband because he didn't have Pens gear on!!! Oh!!! I DID find a terrible towel, brand new, for $1 at a garage sale last week!!!  I will get another one for my daughter when I'm up there! But I need a Pens towel:( Other Pens fans had them last night, and I was jealous!!!

And the Pens get it in double overtime!!! I ALMOST went to this game, instead of the one on Monday! Would have been very exciting, but then given the fact that it COULD be the last one played in TB, and it was the second time of 2 games played in Tampa this series, they've watched their Bolts lose? I think maybe being an opponent fan, it was GOOD I was not there!  So now one more win to go!! Go Pens!! :)

Wow! I hope they do it! I'd rather a Pens/Bruins match up than another round with the Habs! Chicago is turning it around too! I just hope TB doesn't start a turn around in the burgh now!

Hmmmm...It seems as though Luongo has developed a leaky glove...

I refuse to count my hawks before they hatch, but wow, what a turnaround. My feeling was that Tuesday's game was a bit of a fluke and that once they got back onto VAN's ice, it would be over, because coming back from a 3-1 series deficit just isn't likely, but cow we're looking at 3-2 and seems, well... less bleak. I hope that BobbyLu is rattled enough that he keeps up this swiss cheese style of goaltending. :D

The Blackhawks were thoroughly dominated for the last 2 periods, but managed to pull out a win. At one point they had like 3 shots on goal in about 30 minutes. Pathetic. But still a win.

I know it. I've been telling Dean that Luongo just isn't a great playoff goaltender. Some guys can burn it up in the reg. season but just aren't mentally tough enough for the playoffs. I think this series is showing that.

The Wings have had that in Manny Legacy, and to a point Curtis Joseph.

At some point the Canucks are going to have to decide what to do with the guy. They've had an excellent squad for the past few years and it's being squandered every year.

I felt bad for Luongo tonight. What a knuckle-biter that overtime was................LOL, after seeing Kim's post on facebook, I could just picture her screaming at the tv too at the same time thousands of miles away. ( for opposite reasons of course).
