Last nights fuck up !?Dude Last night secured the white house for Obama for another 4 years.
you know, no matter how brianwashed you are, at least you take pride in your party and you admit youre a republican. Then we have others around here who claim that they hate both parties , yet they bash democrats 100% and republicans 0% . Wonder why theyre ashamed of fessing up that theyre republicans ?![]()

Not his fault that economy took a dump after him thanks to Bush
And, it also doesn't apply to those who profess they are moving to Japan and don't care what happens in this country anyway.
Me going to Japan has nothing to do with the "American Dream" you moron.

“We are aware of it,” Secret Service spokesman George Ogilvie told TheDC on Thursday.
He said the department is “taking the appropriate follow-up steps” with the woman.
Video surfaced on Wednesday of a woman identifying herself as New York delegate Julia Rodriguez telling The Blaze, “If I see him” — in reference to Romney — “I would like to kill him.”
In the video, Rodriguez says she’s from Puerto Rico but she now lives in New York. She expressed her desire to kill the Republican nominee after saying “Romney will destroy this country.”Florida DNC Boss: Christians Want Jews Slaughtered...

Okay, and you have no problem with this? You think this makes them look confident in him? When key figures don't get involved and decline? That gives me a huge message. You might think Clinton was there for himself, but 99% of his speech was about Obama from the start. Christie can't say the same. I see this as a problem for republicans.

What about Bush Sr? Is he in too bad of shape to speak? I'm asking because I haven't seen him in a while, and I'm sure he's aged a lot. But I still don't buy it. Republicans will run with "Clinton is a known liar" now, with their own ammunition. I think it looks much worse for Bush to stay hidden and silent. I don't feel the staunch republicans ARE that happy with Romney. I think it's just what they are stuck with. I think it shows.slucero wrote:StevePerryHair wrote:Fact Finder wrote:StevePerryHair wrote:I see... so no one wants to answer my question. Boys club? Or no answer? Because it's better to ignore it?

Clue:
Bush is kryptonite and the Reps know it... Bush showing up gives Obama somthing to talk about... Obama talking about Bush when Bush is absent can be painted by the Reps as "Obama STILL blaming Bush after 4 years".... so Bush stays home.
Clinton is the Elvis of the Dems and the Dems know it... there's no denying his charisma... which softens the current Obama tenure (failure) and rallies the Dems who are pissed at Obama but adore Clinton...

Hmm...he likes his privacy..but DID speak for McCain. But not Romney. This seriously is the best excuse you have? Something is not right. No, but maybe you should be concerned over the lack of public support by key figures for your party's nomination. I just think its funny how you throw out all these facts you find, but when I give you a question like where's support for your candidate, all I get is "oh he likes his privacy" I thought for sure there would at least be a pie chart or something!Fact Finder wrote:StevePerryHair wrote:Hmm...he likes his privacy..but DID speak for McCain. What the heck, I'm not making excuses, the dude declined the invite. Next time maybe I should call my ole bud W and squeez his nuts harder than the left did for 6 years. Jeez, you asked for opinions. The dude likes his privacy and/or just didn't want to play a role this year. Nothing I can do about it. I'd love to hear him speak just to hear B and Monk go apeshit.

His speech was for those who are still on the fence and his job was to help them make up their mind and he did that and then some.
His speech last night ,plus tonight's event will be the nail in the coffin for Romney !

But I thought it wasn't Bush's fault...I thought it was Obama's fault for the dire financial state we are in? What does this say about the republicans if they have to DISTANCE themselves from each other!!! Why am I the only one seeing this as a DEFINITE game of smoke and mirrors. I thought this was more due to distancing themselves from the party who's policies and practices and have lead up to such abysmal results. Notice Mccain and Palin were absent too.

Fact Finder wrote:(Reuters) - So far, U.S. President Barack Obama has not received much of a bounce yet in popular support from the Democratic National Convention, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found on Thursday.
The latest daily tracking poll found Republican Mitt Romney still clinging to a narrow lead of 45 percent to Obama's 44 percent among likely voters. Romney had led by 46 percent to 44 percent in Wednesday's poll.
"We're not seeing a sort of glimmer, at this point, of a bump," said Ipsos pollster Julia Clark.

I don't know many Republicans OR Democrats who think our financial situation is solely the fault of the other party. The only ones who do are delusional and I've heard a few from both sides.
