I will laugh my ass off if investigations turn up more information, enough for an indictment. She'll have a hard time running for president from prison, which is exactly where she belongs, if it turns out she is guilty of all kinds of corruption, which is looking to be the case.

The way people complain about corruption in Washington and a track record like Hillary has, you'd think she wouldn't stand a chance. Myself, I like Cruz, Carsen, and Rubio. Walker also. Walker is proven and has shown he can handle the liberal media and Union machines.

Don't sweat it. You asked a fair question. My honest answer would be I have yet to see what I feel is an "ideal candidate". It's due to several reasons. First, our system of government has been corrupted at it's core. The constitution has been both ignored and twisted to suit the will of the politicians and not the people. Second, lobbyists and special interest groups have way too much influence on our lawmakers. Third, people who actually could be a ideal candidate, have a snowball's chance in hell at actually getting elected due to how our election system currently operates. Then you have the handful of politicians that actually could do some good but end up being just as corrupt as the rest the longer they are in office. Fourth, politicians aren't working to do the will of the people. There doing what ever is necessary to keep getting re-elected. Hence the reason for the need of term limits for every governmental position. So essentially when I go to the voting booth I am really looking to try and pick the lesser of two evils.
I agree. My feelings are we need to REstart somewhere. I have people I like beter, but my vote will be ABH, anybody but Hillary. Bush, Hickabee, Christie, and other Rino's, those are my other no votes. Basically, anyone that monker would vote for.

Lots of mistakes, but it was Bush telling George Tenet, the CIA director, don't let anyone stretch the case on WMD, and he was the one who was skeptical. A mistake certainly can be argued and there's an abundance of evidence, but there was no lie in this, that I could find.

You forgot Jim Webb and Sanders on the left. And now, Santorum and Pataki has entered the fray on the right. Both Webb and Sanders are intellectually honest and not total corporate whores like the Clintons.
Last election Santorum had a problem with shooting himself in the foot everytime he pulled ahead.
Surveillance powers set to lapse with no deal in Senate
WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate Republicans say they've been unable to make a deal to extend contested anti-terror provisions. As a result, the post-Sept. 11 programs will expire at midnight.
At issue is a program allowing the National Security Agency to collect Americans' phone records in bulk to search for terror connections. Other lesser-known provisions also will expire.

I wouldn't be shedding any tears if these programs went away. I don't think they have proven that they are all that effective. Besides, like other spy operations I am sure it's used for more then it is intended to.

The roots of this go further than the Patriot Act and what Snowden rerevealed (he was NOT the first, see above)l.
The US has invested billions of dollars over many decades to enable the NSA to listen to your phone calls, read your Emails and texts, and (in the olden days) intercept your faxes. There are listening stations around the world, satelites orbiting the Earth. There are treaties with other nations to share information and therefore make it legal for another country to do the NSA's spying on US citizens for them. The roots are very, very deep...and ending the "Patriot" Act is just a way to allow the NSA to do the VERY SAME THINGS covertly again - as they were doing in the decades prior to 9/11.
The funny part is, we have KNOWN about this for almost 20yrs...and yet it is treated as a big surprise. It isn't new. What Snowden said wasn't 'new'. What the Patriot Act "allowed" wasn't new. And, it will continue despite its existence or not.
It's not a Democrat thing. It's not a Republican thing. It's not a liberal or conservative thing. It is the NSA doing whatever it wants to do despite the will of the people, the political parties, and the very foundations of "Democracy".
What is going on right now with the Patriort Act is PURE politics...everybody should know that. if you don't you are incredibly naive and can't face reality.

This Is How America Will Remember Barack Obama
Long after the last partisan battle has been fought over Obamacare, long after Barack Obama has settled into a comfortable post-presidency, and long after the last joke has been made about some Joe Biden verbal misstep, people will remember the moment when the always-in-control president struggled to control his emotions. They will remember the moment when president and vice president embraced in front of the altar and exchanged heartfelt kisses on the cheek. And they will remember how their hearts ached at this intimate glimpse of one family's pain.

If that was not enough, I heard a report on the radio today that stated that shortly before the New York Times endorsed Hillary in her last run for POTUS, the Clinton Foundation made a sizable donation to the NYT. Hmmmm...

Sort of reminds of a boss I had years ago. Her sister died and when bill collectors would get through to her on the phone, she'd go into this sob story (tears included) about how she just lost her sister. After they cut her some passionate slack, she'd hang up the phone and laugh saying that will bide her some more time.
Remember Clinton at the funeral of one of his bodies, er, I mean buddies laughing it up. Then he looked up, saw the camaras and suddenly he was the saddest person you ever saw. Took less then a second for him to change. Limbaugh got alot of milage out of that clip on his TV show.

Obama’s Health Care Boasts
President Barack Obama made misleading and exaggerated claims in a speech boasting of the accomplishments of the Affordable Care Act.
Obama claimed that those who already had insurance before the law was passed “got a better deal now” than they did before, because of insurance coverage protections and requirements in the law. But those added benefits came at a higher cost for some. Better coverage didn’t mean a “better deal” for everyone.
Obama said the rate of the uninsured is at “its lowest level ever.” That’s unclear. His Council of Economic Advisers analyzed National Health Interview Survey data, which show the uninsured rate for the first nine months of 2014 (the most recent data available) was slightly higher than a few years several decades ago.
The president said family premiums are “$1,800 lower today” on average than they would have been if premium trends that existed before the ACA had continued. It’s true premiums have increased more slowly in recent years than they did before the ACA, but even the president’s own economic advisers say the law isn’t responsible for the entire slowdown.

U.S. Poised to Put Heavy Weaponry in East Europe
RIGA, Latvia — In a significant move to deter possible Russian aggression in Europe, the Pentagon is poised to store battle tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and other heavy weapons for as many as 5,000 American troops in several Baltic and Eastern European countries, American and allied officials say.
The proposal, if approved, would represent the first time since the end of the Cold War that the United States has stationed heavy military equipment in the newer NATO member nations in Eastern Europe that had once been part of the Soviet sphere of influence. Russia’s annexation of Crimea and the war in eastern Ukraine have caused alarm and prompted new military planning in NATO capitals.
