In order to do that the American people are going to have to band together with a common purpose putting aside the current political labels (republican/democrat, conservative/liberal).

It can't start with the presidency because presidential power is severely limited by congress. It will need to start with state elections and work up from there.

I'm not talking about taking up arms and starting another revolutionary war. I'm talking about using social media the way our enemies do.

It won't happen in my lifetime, but hopefully there is a chance for something better for my grandchildren.

It will take a fundamental shift in how the general public views politics. As long as people turn to partisan sources, whether that be FOX or MSNBC, then all of politics will be polarized. As long as people are led by the leashes of propaganda then nothing will change because the people are having their strings pulled, instead of being in charge.

That would be a start, so would campaign finance reform Including overturning the Supreme Court "Citizens United" ruling and re-instating Glass-Steagall.

Do some research on delegates and super delegates. Sanders could mop the floor with Hillary and she could still have enough delegates to get the nomination. Our political system is corrupt to the core. The big money delegates can hold a floor vote and that's that. caput!

Sanders won because people want free shit. End of story.

He has some good, pie in the sky, ideas... That will never see the light of day unless the dems hold both the house, and senate.

If the repubs get the house and Senate Bernie will be a lame duck president.

Not quite. If Sanders had promised free healthcare and free college and said he was going to make Mexico pay for it, then, maybe, you would have a point.

All I can say is don't count your chickens until their hatched. Keep in mind you posted earlier that the system is corrupt. Who's to say that the FBI and DOJ wouldn't drag out the investigation until after the election.

Now that's some funny shit. Expecting a corrupt system to hold people accountable. That would be like expecting the system to take action against a POTUS that uses executive orders in an abusive and illegal manor.

It did? All the candidates, both sides, have been talking about appointing Supreme Court justices almost daily for MONTHS now. Didn't take long for alleged "Originalists" like Cruz to invent their own law and say that Obama shouldn't appoint a replacement.

Somehow I think a untimely death for Sanders might be the Clintons straw. If Sanders really wanted to win, he'd pull the trigger on the old hag.

Sanders has consistently said that there is a process underway and it should play out. Idiots in the media have taken his "tired of hearing about your damn emails" comment out of context and twisted it to mean he doesn't care. Sander's stance is pretty much this: Hillary shit the bed and will have to lie in it. Question is, will the FBI recommend indictment before November? Let's hope so....

Speaking of the DNC, here's a little gem from the Chairman of the DNC.

DNC Chair: Superdelegates Make Sure Party Leaders Don’t Have to Run Against Grassroots Activists

(CNSNews.com) – Democratic National Committee (DNC) chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz said that although the Democratic Party “wants to give every opportunity to grassroots activists... to participate” in its presidential nomination process, superdelegates “exist... to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don’t have to be in a position where they are running against grassroots activists."

Wasserman-Schultz made the comments Thursday in response to a question by CNN’s Jack Tapper on why Hillary Clinton garnered the same number of delegates in the New Hampshire primary as rival Bernie Sanders even though Sanders won 22 percent more of the vote.

You might be waiting a long time. Obama's DOJ isn't going to do anything to that nasty bitch and she's most likely to be the Democratic nominee, which makes me ill. I can't believe there are so many mindless, immoral idiots out there who think she deserves to be president. Considering that Hillary is the epitome of big money in politics, what the Democrats claim to hate, it just goes to show the hypocrisy of the Democrats. This election needs to become a war on Hillary. If she's not defeated we're in a lot of trouble. I hope Trump gets the opportunity to keep hammering on all her issues, as well as gets a face to face debate, where he can annihilate her.

It's hilarious to read you claiming such moral high ground for Republicans and yet support Trump, who is the most immoral of any of the candidates running. If he is the nominee, the ability to make this argument evaporates.

Trump is not good at one on one debates...he needs a crowd to incite.

Clinton will be President and there is very little you can do about it.

Not a chance. Even with her win in Nevada tonight, she bled a 40 point lead in a month. Very weak candidate. In a debate, Trump would eat Hilary alive. She cant utter one syllable without it sounding rehearsed. In NH, what percentage of voters found her to be trustworthy? I think it was 5%. That is a microcosm of America.

Morality, eh? Hmm. Last time I checked, Trump did not vote for the Iraq war. That was Hillary. Like Ross Perot and Pat Buchanan or Nader, Trump knew enough to speak out against NAFTA whereas Hillary supported it. Trump also did not overrule Secretary Gates and create further havoc in the Middle East or go on to crack jokes about Gaddafi's brutal sodomy death. Again, that was your upstanding girl. While I'm on the subject, can you please tell me where is the morality in taking millions of dollars in speaking fees from Goldman Sachs? Also, when will she release the transcripts of her speeches? Y'know, that would be the moral righteous thing to do...

Exactly, TNC. Notice you don't see me bashing on Sanders? While I might not agree with some of his positions, I don't find him morally decrepit, like I do Hillary.
