There's a problem when your own words contradict the narrative you are trying to present. Perhaps this sheds light on the "missing texts" or "failed to capture" statement given by the FBI.

In a new exchange released by the Senate Homeland Security committee today, FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok seem to discuss this very issue in private texts.

Page: Have a meeting with turgal about getting iphone in a day or so

Strzok: Oh hot damn. . . We get around our security/monitoring issues?

Page: No, he’s proposing that we just stop following them. Apparently the requirement to capture texts came from [Office of Management and Budget], but we’re the only org (I’m told) who is following that rule. His point is, if no one else is doing it why should we. . . I’m told – thought I have seen – that there is an IG report that says everyone is failing. But one has changed anything, so why not just join in the failure.

One other thing, if what was in that memo was “classified” then I agree with Assange. “Classified” really means all the political cronies just mark things as such to cover each other’s asses. There wasn’t one damn thing in that memo that we didn’t know about except the fact of who signed the FISA Applications, which Comey lied about by the way.

Oh but remember, the reason they gave for their opposition to the release of the memo? They cited that is was due to their concern that it would pose a threat to our "national security".

Well, it’s Loretta Lynch, for example, and James Comey, and McCabe, and that cast of characters from Sally Yates on down.

I don’t think we’ve ever seen such a long row of very high-level executive branch officials wrapped up in something here that is political partisanship, weaponizing the FBI and DOJ to do opposition research that was stimulated by the presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and [paid for with her] and the DNC’s checkbooks.”

I agree completely. If the truth that's out there (Yes Monker, "The truth is out there.") is ever allowed to come to light there will be sufficient evidence to charge Obama and Hillary with serious crimes. The question is whether or not the Republican Party has the guts to pull out all stops and care more about draining the swamp than playing in it.

Making Trey Gowdy a Special Prosecutor to investigate this and all of the campaign related highjinx by Hillary and the DNC would be a good place to start.

I didn't say or imply it was "fiction". You are simply lying about that.

I said it is an OPINION piece written by biased authors. And, I said nobody will go to jail over this document because it presented NO FACTS, just opinions on CLASSIFIED documents.

For example, you quoted the law about presenting to the FISA court. You have NO IDEA if that law was broken or not because the various applications for the FISA warrant are CLASSIFIED. All you have are biased opinions - on both sides - throwing shit at each other.

LOL...so now you all are hanging on to the words of a crazy man like Steve King. Too funny.

As far as the truth that is out there, it is simply a farce. One thing after another....just crap being extrapolated from wild OPINIONS of conspiracy. Just read the below he starts with "I think" repetitively...and then ends up on an "indication trail", and blah, blah, blah. Nothing but completely made up bullshit story telling from a known extreme right conservative. You'll have to do MUCH better than an idiot like Steve King.

And, Trey Gowdy is reportedly leaving politics - smart move.

I said he was leaving POLITICS, not Washington.

He said, “I will not be filing for re-election to Congress nor seeking any other political or elected office; instead I will be returning to the justice system. Whatever skills I may have are better utilized in a courtroom than in Congress, and I enjoy our justice system more than our political system. As I look back on my career, it is the jobs that both seek and reward fairness that are most rewarding.”

Then release the FISA application. If there was a solid case, why was junk like the Steele dossier being used?

At least Steve King is a real person. When you make claims ("Hillary had permission to use a private server!") you don't even include sources.

This article certainly raises some interesting questions as far as Page. If correct, how does one go from former FBI informant to "Russian" agent working for Trump and have a FISA warrant issued on him.

This is really getting interesting. What IF Page was strong armed by the FBI to infiltrate Trump's org. so that the FBI could issue the FISA warrant. Perhaps it has something to do with Page being a UCE for the FBI in the past. Lionel LeBron (Lionel Nation) has some interesting observations on the subject of Page. He mentioned that in an interview, Page noted that he never had ANY direct contact or direct communications with Trump while on staff. The other thing Lionel talks about is that Page doesn't seem to be acting like most people would when they have been spied on by the FBI. Most people would be upset and taking legal action. Especially when it seems that there wasn't a legitimate reason for it. So what is this? Page, FBI under cover informant or FBI patsy?

President Obama asked the FBI for updates on the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

HRC has to be laughing her ass off...

"[Lisa] Page wrote to Strzok on Sept. 2, 2016, about prepping Comey because 'potus wants to know everything we're doing,'" Fox News reports. "According to a newly released Senate report, this text raises questions about Obama's personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation."

But in an April 2016 interview on Fox News Sunday, then-President Obama said he "guaranteed" he was staying out of the FBI probe.

Here's an excerpt:

OBAMA: “I can guarantee. I can guarantee that not because I give Attorney General [Loretta] Lynch a directive, that is institutionally how we have always operated. I do not talk to the Attorney General about pending investigations. I do not talk to FBI directors about pending investigations. We have a strict line and always have maintained it. I guarantee it. I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department or the FBI, not just in this case but in any case. Period. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department because nobody is above the law.”

CHRIS WALLACE: “Even if she ends up as the Democratic nominee?”

OBAMA: “How many times do I have to say it, Chris? Guaranteed.”

Obama now implicated...

Hillary For America, Obama For America and the DNC paid for the Steel Dossier through the law firm Perkins Coie

Comey misleads then incoming POTUS Trump that Steel Dossier is "salacious and unverified"... yet one month earlier vouches for Steel's credibility as a reliable source... in order to get a FISA warrant to surveil Carter Page...

The independent source that the FBI uses to verify the Steele Dossier is a Yahoo article that interviews the author of the dossier (Steele)

This activity, by all these actors... intentionally working to subvert an American election... has to be borderline treasonous and/or seditious.

...and all along the Dems (and Monker) are screaming about Russian interference... when its been the Dems interfering... using Russian intel!

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Works the other way too because 50% did not vote. Approximately 75% didn't vote for Hilary either, or Obama, or Bush, even less for Clinton (because Ross Perot ran as an independent). Bottom line is that usually somewhere around 25% of the voting population determines who wins, depending on which individual states are won.
