If you look at all the youtube.com videos of Jimi from 2009 etc he really became a good frontman and animated. I really think he did a hell of a job getting his vocals back .
I am also surprised that even though it is a Survivor show that they play just as many non Jimi Jamison sung tunes as the ones he sang.
Well, you are going to a Survivor show, not a Jimi Jamison show. Since having 2 lead singers isn't a viable option for the band (even though the fans would like it), you're going to get JJ singing stuff that wasn't his. That said, I think both Jamison and Bickler have earned the "right" to sing the remainder of the catalog. It provides a nice "what if?" scenario also.

I wanna hear Caught In The Game - Didn't Know It Was Love - Rebel Son and even Is This Love live .
Well, Caught in the Game is Bickler, so that just contradicts the previous point. I think Survivor has enough songs to please both the casual fans and the diehards--providing the setlist is long enough. Hard to please anybody if all you are doing is playing for an hour.
Still, I was surprised to see this setlist from JJ solo, which has about half the set of material that he didn't sing lead vocals on.

Does Jimi's return with Frankie ruin any future deal with Frontiers Records ?
Who knows the way business works, but I seriously doubt he would sign away all rights to recording new material outside of Survivor when he has worked for these past couple of years just to build that up.
