Never said it did. It robbed me of years without music from my favorite band, and he stole years of career life from the other members by his unwillingness to not be able to let go because he was grossly irresponsible in taking care of himself. Herbie had it right..."If I can't go on
nobody can." Selfishness, plain and simple...just like Tapegate. But at least I have some fond memories and met some great people...not just a musical void.
