You, too, are missing the point. Under no circumstances should a Giants fan ever wear a Dodgers hat. Seriously, if someone offered me $500 to put on a White Sox hat for the day I wouldn't do it. I'm a Cubs fan. Period. And to correct Annie, "liking the Dodgers now" is NOT his prerogative. Not if he wants to continue to call himself a Giants fan. Jeers to the low-wattage celebrity quotient featured on Diamond Vision: Vince Vaughn (wearing a Cubs cap and summarily booed), Billy Crystal (wearing a custom-made black Dodger championship cap—now there's a true Yankees fan), former Journey lead singer Steve Perry (recognized after "Don't Stop Believin' " was again shoved down our throats—this has Charles Steinberg written all over it) and "Entertainment Tonight" host Mary Hart (who, to her credit, seems like a big Dodger fan based on her ubiquitous presence in the Dugout Club behind home plate).

edit...Steinberg is the director of marketing for the Dodgers...in charge of making Chavez Ravine a fan-friendly place. He held a similar position with the Red Sox for six years.
