Not sure what the lead singer of Boston, his name is Brad Delp by the way, has to do with anything. I saw him in concert hell yeah he is getting old, I mean nobody is getting younger, he needs some help hitting the high notes and he doesn't hide that from anyone. Delp is far from a washed up lead singer, Augeri might not be coming back to Journey but I hope he can do his own stuff.

I apologize, I was suggesting they USE the lead singer of Boston if they ever needed another fill in because he still sounds so great, didn't know if he was too old to tour? but he has the voice for it!!! thanks for the post

Please explain to me why anyone should support your sad asses after you (Neal) made Augeri mime to audio that everyone and their mother had. Instead of handling the situation maturely and maybe getting him out of there early, it became a fucking circus. NOW you (Jeff) pass out meet and greets like candy to people who hated the band three months ago, not the ones who liked it for years.

I'd like to hear exactly how Steve Augeri is such a bastard that he deserves to be shamed in front of thousands, saddled with ALL the blame for this "Tapegate", and sent home while those who like him are flailing blindly for a justification that never shows up. Why would he lose fans? I think his fans do support his decision to tour with Journey, happy that he's getting more exposure, which he has long deserved. He's also gaining new fans, now that more people are discovering his other work.
