Bicycling is great. I've had too many broken bones cause of it though, so I just avoid them altogether. But interval training, whether it's running, or with a bike, is the best cardio workout around. Try it some time, man. The one I usually do is : 8 sets of high intensity intervals, 20 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest inbetween each set. It'll make you explosive and give you stamina (anaerobic and aerobic).
