Pretty much.

Wisconsin is good for two things... outlet shopping and a quick CHEAP getaway for Chicagoans.

Oh and um... and the breweries.

my memories of Wisconsin- Whilst growing up in Minnesota, we used to jump across the border on a Friday night, beat up the boys, steal their beer, make love to their women, and then go home in glory by the dawns early light.

BTW -being nice Minnesotans (minnesotans are always nice) we did throw away the empty beer cans in a respectful maner.

p.s. the only thing that sucks worse than the packers are the badgers and the brewers!

Me. I'd love the chance to see every state in the US. But those northern ones - only in the middle of summer, and I'm still bringing my thermal undies.
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Everett is not really selling Wisconsin too well, do you even like your own state? I love going to Wisconsin, been to Milwaukee many times. Used to love going to Brewer games back when they played the White Sox. Summerfest is always a good time. Wisconsin is home to the best of the best old man beer central, love that Blatz beer! When I can't make it out to Colorado in the winter, a simple trip up to Wisconsin for some good old midwest ice skiing does the trick. And Hey Wisconsin is the water slide capital of the world, seems kinda strange doesn't it. If you need to get your go-cart and water slide fix head on up to the Dells. Door County is one of the most beautiful places in the midwest too, very neat place. Wisconsin even has some class 3 rapids if you like white water rafting!

Wisconis Dells is the bomb. Check out this place if you want a killer vacation:

www.wildernessresort.com

Can't say anything about the rest of the state, but we've been to the Dells over a dozen times.

Wisconsin Cow

Ole is a farmer in Minnesota . He is in need of a new milk cow and hears about a nice one for sale over in Wisconsin

He drives to Wisconsin, finds the farm and looks at the cow. He reaches under to see if the cow gives milk.

When he grabs a teat and pulls...the cow farts. Surprised, Ole looks at the farmer who's selling the cow, then reaches under to try again. He grabs another teat, pulls, and the cow farts again. Milk does come out however, so after some discussion with the cow's current owner, Ole decides to buy the cow.

When he gets back to Minnesota , he calls over his neighbor, Sven, and says, 'Hey, Sven, come and look at dis ere new cow I yust bought. Pull her teat, and see vat happens.'

Sven reaches under, pulls the teat...the cow farts.

Sven looks at Ole and says, 'You bought dis here cow in Wisconsin, didn't yah?'

Ole is very surprised since he hadn't told Sven about his trip. Ole replies, 'Yah, dats right. But how did yah know?'

Sven says, 'My wife is from Wisconsin.'
