And that National Anthem was definetly missing some Joe "Motherfuckin'" Perry too. Tyler is the last singer that ought to be singing acapella.

It proves once again that football is a game of inches. One inch the other way in 2007, and David Tyree doesn't make that catch, and the Patriots finish undefeated. I respect the hell out of the Ravens defense. They were TOUGH. I thought Joe Flacco played very well. Bring on the Giants or 49'ers. I'm not sure that my heart can take another game like that. The good news for Patriots fans is that I simply can't fathom Brady playing another game quite that bad.

Is it? If so, color me retarded. Maybe it was just him struggling against a defense he's historically struggled a bit with.

Brady does indeed always struggle with Baltimore, especially considering that I think he has only lost against them once in his career. Aside from the wins, the rest of his numbers against them are awful. It's not really surprising when you consider how great the Ravens defense has been for a decade. As I said previously, they have some historically great players. Players like Ray Lewis and Ed Reed on the same team almost isn't even fair. When you add guys like Ngata and Suggs, it's really unfair! These guys are TOUGH to play against. The more I watch the Niners, the more I think the Patriots are going to struggle as much with their defense, if they get by the Giants.

I saw that. I didn't realize that the punt couldn't be advanced. That's a really odd rule. To me, if it touches the offensive player, it's now a live ball. Such is life. The rule is the rule.

Really? I had no idea he'd only lost against them once. That's crazy. I don't have any specific memories other than the playoff beating a few years ago, but it just would seem that would be a bit more even of a H2H
