I called my daughter's school and talked with the Principal to see what their intentions are. I asked if she'd consider showing it the next day but she thinks its important that the kids see it live. I don't understand. She said I was welcome to send a note in excusing Ally from watching it...but that would be creepier than Obama directly speaking to students I think...especially on the first day to Kindergarten. I am 23 and the thing that blows my mind is the ignorance of my generation. We are children of the Clinton generation, we grew up with an unprecedented scandal and a massively untrustworthy president, yet all these blind sheep buffoons voted for Obama without even knowing his views and associations from a keg of Busch Light at the frat house. It was hilarious asking people in my general age group questions about him when they were running around trumpeting the Hope and Change last fall. Know nothings, nearly all of em.

Did anyone notice that Van's wording was very similar to that BO used when he had to defend his stupidity of the past. "I didn't know about that" and "I don't feel that way" were classic (although paraphrased) lines from BO when talking about Bill Ayers, Rev Wright, etc. It's so much BS that it makes me wanna puke.

I'm glad Jones is gone, but I'm no more confident in the choices that BO makes in his political life.
