Legs above your head.

10 minutes.

For old fuckers like me and Maui Tom. It's suggested that you put your legs above your head for 10 minutes a day. Some of the blood in your legs never gets to get out of there and can die. Your body will do it's thing and dispose of it, but that takes away from your body's ability to fight off other things.

Put your legs up for 10 minutes a day and give your immune system more fire to fight other shit.

I knew it. :lol: I love this place.

My brother told me about this, it enhances circulation. He said he had much less leg tiredness after following this advice.

The rest is up to you and your imaginations. :lol:
