What great bargains, SnakeLady! Which Dream Theater DVD did you get?

Did you know I had to read Keistadfeesten at least twice until it dawned on me you weren't talking about Christmas? I misread it as Kerststadfeest! (Kerst stad feest = Christmas City Party)

Sorry, i have been in here for awhile.
Could not agree with you, Kenny and Tali. The Aussie selectors must have a long look in mirror.
Kenny, I hope you pump for this weekend's big game. Cause I am.

I hope everyone's doing well. I'm exhausted, but I still got another long shift tomorrow before I can enjoy some time off. There's a bagger shortage and a cashier surplus at work right now. So in the meantime, I've been temporarily taken off my register to fill the void at the Service Clerk position. I got no problems with this, I actually prefer the tasks that are associated to being a Service Clerk.

I still haven't started my room renovations yet. My bro delayed me again. He filled up the spare room I was gonna sleep in, then neglected to tell me that a guest was sleeping over next week. I won't rant further than that, because it would sound like the band project all over again. But in place of 'band project' would be 'room renovation.'

I need a drink. Anyone got some Spiced Apple Cider?

At least I still have tv. NFL Football kicked off last week, and I was disgusted by the two games I watched. The Patriots should've trounced the hapless Raiders, but only won by 10 points. And my J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets committed seven fumbles in a horrific loss to the Chiefs. I know it doesn't mean much, but it means it's gonna be a LONG season, and it's gonna hurt to watch.

HOCKEY IS BACK!!!!!!! But who on cable is gonna show the games?

That's it from me. I'm out.

Are you going to sleep in the bar, or would you like a drink first? ;)

Cheers, all!

SnakeLady wrote:Did you know Karl Groom and Richard West were part of the engineering of the cd?

No, I didn't!

I must say I'm not quite sure what an engineer does though, compared with the producer and if it can be heard who did the engineering... Does an engineer focus on the more technical part of recording?
