What about the top 200 album charts? I remember Billboard didn't include Arrival among its list of new releases in April, '01 but it debuted in the charts in the top 60...

I don't see it in the Top 100...but I'm unsure if what I'm looking at is the most updated chart..

Yea, the top 200 for that week might not've come out yet.

I usually watch the rankings on Amazon. These are usually updated every hour. It might now mean much, but it's something to watch what people are buying on-line.

This is where Journey Generations ranks right now:

Amazon.com Sales Rank:
Today: #1,508 in Music
Yesterday: #2,040 in Music

I didn't see it on Billboard Top 100, yet.

They gave away tens of thousands of Generations CDs this summer. I can't imagine the CD would be flying off the shelves.

right, but they should count as sales....they were paid for in a way with the ticket. Don't they have to file for some sort of exception or something?
I know Schon, beaut that he is, could give a hell about that.

They have to PAY up to 50% in order for those CDs to count as sales.

That was dumb of Journey to give away CDS. I thought they were in the music business?
