Jonny, even though the sound isn't immediately the way you'd like it to be, you'll still be able to pin down the basic idea of the song this way. It would be a waste to throw out a good idea just because you don't have the right sound right away. Good luck with the writing and the project! :)

Care for another drink, for inspiration? :D

I'll take a Spiced Apple Cider. Spike it with something as well. I hear that musicians write better songs when they're buzzed. One of my keyboard heroes wrote a freakin' kickass ballad while totally trashed.

Oh yes I've already asked the girls this......

'Droe Roei' is extract from the penis of the very, very rare Striped Dutch Burrower monkey.....the Dutch girls just love mixing it into their drinks.....they say it improves their sex life.....

I suppose there wouldn't be many striped ones either.....remember that 'naked Gun' movie (one of them) when Priscilla Presley climbs up the ladder in the library in a skirt to get a book, and Leslie Neilsen is at the bottom of the ladder and says 'Niiice beaver!!"......then she comes back down.....with a stuffed beaver!

Haven't seen that episode... many of the Naked Gun jokes I don't find that funny. :( I like this one though! I would expect a joke about wood next!

Sorry, the replicator is out of order at the moment... I can fix you an old fashioned handmade though! I think it's almost but not entirely unlike the stuff from the replicator. ;)

Not many plans for tonight, going to watch an episode of Lost in a minute, and then listen to some music. It's cold wet and windy outside, not very inviting weather to go out in.

Actually, a glass of red wine would be nice. Not sure about that Droe Rooi. Smoking Loon Cab would be perfect!
