Yeah, we see it. Andrew's site gets hacked every once in a while. Usually it is in other sections. Fortunately, it does nt appear to be harmful...just annoying.

No, when I got back into the forum, the hackerasshole had replaced my name and my e-mail address + password etc...

His e-mail was to a hotmail account. I send him a few kind words....

Lonny is just a script kiddie.... He used a well documented way of getting in the board. I've seen it before, and it goes to show that he is right to a point. You should update!

Oh, so hacking boards that aren't 100% up to date security wise is ok then?

Don't read things I don't say... I say that he used a well-known exploit. And as the owner of a forum you should know that there are people who exploit those things. In effect, kicking you out, and make your life a nightmare (or at least a bad dream). It's naive to think that just because you don't like it they won't do it...

Do you also go surfing without a firewall? I think not. Because of the same things. They do it, just because they can.
