cudaclan... obviously someone did spend time and energy on that site and the pictures... would anyone do all that for someone they hate? I think they are making light of how seriously SP and Journey are taken. And I don't think they were meant to be 'approved' by any of the band members.

I agree...I think they are making fun of how extreme some fans become. I think they realize the "'ites" are on all sides but the Perry fans take it further, weirder, and there are more extreme then Journey fans...so the "Perryites" get most of the attention there. They get most of it completely right...but, I'm not listed on the "ites to avoid". Oh, well, maybe next year.

If someone really wants to look at my myspace then I say let them! I hope the veiw my pics and like my artwork and my poetry, maybe they will veiw my friends pages and listen to some music and enjoy their artwork as well. I am not afraid of commentary and know how to delete bs.

I have no beef with anyone here and don't generally post on any of the boards I am on. My myspace is for my poetry, spying on my kids, and helping to promote my husbands band and other bands that I am affiliated with, while veiwing and getting to know other local artist and people.

No, they mention Journeyites too...So, I'm assuming that is the Journey version of Perryites. They just don't rag on "Journeyites" as much. Maybe because "Journeyites" mostly stay on BT, and hardly venture out into real internet forums.

I'm not a Perryhater! I don't hate Steve Perry! I just don't believe he handled the time after Frontiers very well at all - and I don't mind defending that opinion....and I think his songwriting and contributions to Journey are WAY overrated by some people, Perry fans AND Journey fans.

That doesn't translate into hating him any more then some Perry fan saying they don't like Augeri's voice or believe he has contributed much to Journey since he joined the band. That is NOT hating Augeri.

Well, good...It's a nice page with interesting poems and pics of your artwork. It's definitely not like that other childish link that someone else posted. It made me want to scan the few paintings I did years ago. It's a bit hard to do cuz I gave them away to family.

Yeah, I've done that too. Sometimes you can recover it if you do the browser's back arrow. The logon times out, I think. So, if I know I am going to write a long post, I do it in Notepad. If I wrote a long post and think it may have taken a bit too long, I cut/paste to Notepad to make sure I didn't waste my time.
