Maybe they should team up with Axl Rose....

And I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on this "new" CD.

I would certainly like something new. I wouldn't be too keen an a revolving door, guest vocalists/players idea, but it's their animal. I just would like to hear something.

I would have to agree with Sarge on this statement, though.

I would consider buying an album from just Ed and Al as long as the guest vocalists were well renowned, quality vocalists and Ed was allowed no closer than 15 feet to the vocalist mic.....

If " How Many say I" is a classic, then that means Britney Spears is the greatest death metaller of all time.Gimme a break guys, anything other than VH album without Michael,Sammy or Dave just isnt gonna cut it.I dont care for no revolving door of singers consisting of Ralph Saenz, and others. We all say the crap Gary got for attempting to fill the void, and I think that this album would be recieved just like III

There was one rumor out there that the next one was going to be a Ed & Al album with Ed handling all the vocal duties....shudder. I would rather they made permanent replacements and made a "band" album.

I'd give it a shot. Just like I did with VH III. But if it sucks, it will end up in the used bin, just VH III.

I liked the idea of Steve Lukather being involved. That would make for a serious jam session. I'd be real curious and interested over that situation.

I'd give it a shot too! If it jams, it jams! If it don't, I won't waste anymore time with it.

I wouldn't plan on buying it but I plan on listening to it when it's released being an old VH fan. I predict that legendary rock guitarist Eddie Van Halen will release his first official solo album with the possibility of his first official solo tour next year or the year of his 50th birthday in 05. BTW, the legendary rock band Van Halen was always all about EVH more so than Dave, Sammy & even Gary.

Mike Reno or Steve Perry

Postby craftyct » Wed Oct 08, 2003 7:49 am

Ya sure I would probably buy a album. They should get Mike Reno or Steve Perry to fill in. Im serious too.... I'm tired of waiting.... Sammy or Dave are never coming back. Period .... We just need to accept that

A new album with Roth would be my ideal wish, but a killer instrumental album would be ok too.

A Hagar led VH would be good.

Just give us something!!!!

Apart from 3, maybe 4 songs I tend to agree with him VH101. I think it's certainly their worst album, at any rate.

Eh, I wouldn't say it sucked. It was just different than previous stuff. Like Sammy's stuff was different than Roth's.

I'm sure whatever they do decide to do for any new material is gonna be different from what we last heard too..
