Hi Jonny!

No, I'm just joking here. We were asked to do the music service in our church and had to bring in some of the younger boys to complete the lineup.

Ohhh. Well you had me fooled.

And a minute there, I was gonna ask if you were gonna give one of the two Anettes a buzz for lead vocal. :P

I hope everyone is doing well. Things are starting to look a lot better. All the parts for our new studio computer have arrived. I'll be taking the rare weekend off to assemble it. And to cap that off with a miracle, my bro found a bass player!!!!!!!!!! Meaning, that we (finally) now have a full band. As soon as the new computer runs, the band project will finally be off the ground, and we'll start recording. I couldn't be more excited.

So far, 2006 is shaping out to be the year of Female Rock. As soon as the big releases come out, I fully intend to review them on the female rock forum.

Snakey, good to hear from you and that you're going to have a drink! Me, I've got no big plans except for some gigs, tonight with Dedication & tomorrow night with the ever so dreadful Dr. Drag. Most importantly ( hope Dr. Drag isn't reading this! ): Tonight, I know exactly what to do: Celebrating Thin Lizzy's "Johnny The Fox" 20th anniversary at Chinatown. I'll have to exchange the Flying V to the Gibson Les Paul Custom and do a gig with Dedication, a tribute band I was part of some 12 years ago!

Hi there y'all!!!

For those of you who care, I am sorry I haven't been around much lately.....I've been practising those drums like a motherfucker!!!

And perhaps more importantly (in some ways) I have been involved in a couple of groups who are, for want of a better word, 'lobby' groups.....we are working on Premiers and Senators in the main to have the ridiculous and unneccesary 'anti-terror' laws repealed, or at least watered down.

It is amazing to see how the system works, and the manner in which one Premier (I won't say which one) completely justifies his backing of Howard's horrific legislation by using the London bombings as justification - I find that amazing......the others are somewhat more subtle. I have an email from this person in which he says the laws are something which 'no democratic country would want to pass' - NO SHIT!!! And yet they were passed......

Anyway, hope everyone is ok, and I'll be around......real soon.
