Stop me if I'm wrong, but I could've sworn I read somewhere that Deen has no desire to sing lead for Journey, and that if he ever did sing lead it would be for some punk style solo outing.... Something about he could never be a front man because he'd be too nervous kind of thing.

In Andrew's interview last year he said he saw himself as more of a Phil Collins type. Not a frontman. Shame really, he's got the pipes.

13 sent me a boot that has Deen singing Patiently. You can hear a pin drop, the crowd is so in awe. If he doesn't sing more live and on record, it is a tragic waste. What if Don Henley had said, "Yeah, I can sing, but we should only have one singer. Just let me play drums."
