Favorite Bon Jovi Album

Postby NealIsGod » Wed Jul 27, 2005 1:57 am

Let's get this forum going. Which one is your favorite?

Mine is 7800 Fahrenheit. Was a great time in my life, and I played the hell out of that one when it came out. I remember that I was the first one to get the first copy out of the box in the record store! I loved their first one, and Slippery is incredible, but this one is special to me.

Ya know, this is tougher than I thought. I loved Bon Jovi back then, saw them several times on tour. But I guess, even though I have most of their CDs, I don't really listen to the CDs enough. So I would have to stick with New Jersey. At the time I preferred Slippery When Wet but New Jersey just holds more memories for me.

However, my FAVORITE Bon Jovi Song is Bed Of Roses.

Ooh, next thread!

I'd have to say the debut album. Always had a soft spot for this one.

I´d say New Jersey, though Slippery has some awesome tracks. Love the Young Guns 2 soundtrack too, it should almost count among Bon Jovi´s albums.

Slippery When Wet is my favorite, but New Jersey is a very very close second! I felt by those albums, Bon Jovi had blossomed into one of the best rock bands of the 80's.

HAND

Postby Sam Look » Fri Oct 21, 2005 11:39 am

It definitely depends on my mood but right now HAND is my fave. I love all songs but one and they all mean something to me. Least fave as an album is 7800 but it has a few great tracks on it. I just think they are the best.
Please check out songs from my cd entitled "Lessons" at www.samlook.com or http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/samlook2

Agreed.

Greggie, like your sig says..Can we go back? Remember all the 80's jokes?

Hell, I will take Journey, Bon Jovi, Styx, REO, Bruce, Boston, and even U2 instead of Britney, Kayne West, Ashlee, and Jessica, and Usher..

If they could invent a time machine, thank of how valuable that would be. I bet though that the government would put restrictions on how long you could be in history and which years would be available and so forth.

I'll take the live album right now.
Gun to my head, denied this choice or a hits compilation I'd go Crush.

The more I listen to it, the higher marks I give Have A Nice Day. I now like it better than Crush, but maybe not quite in the same league with Slippery When Wet/New Jersey. Yet.
