I don't think Eddie's health is too good.

Seeing those pictures of Eddie at this party after the Oscars I believe showed me that his health probably isn't too good at the moment & his age was showing as well. I'd like to see him do at least one solo album & possibly a solo tour as well before he hangs it up for good due to his health because I'm not expecting another VH reunion anytime soon.

Awww, c'mon Wayne, gimme a break! :D

I think Ed's okay, and that we'll be getting some new Halen music within the next year.

(Okay, yeah, I've been drinking... but, I still remain optimistic! )

I'm pretty confident he'll make some new music soon, and we'll see it around next year or the following. Whether its as Van Halen or solo, who knows but I still have faith.

F- solo. Gimme a fullblown VH project.
I'll take the rumor from '00 which was a double album. Disc 1 live classic DLR era, D2 new tracks with DLR at the helm.

Ed's and DLR's egos would never allow that. Sammy would do whatever the fans want.

I think now with years of hindsight we may be surprised at what the irresistable force's (Dave) ego will allow. It's the immovable object's ego that's gotta be kocked down a peg, and I say that knowing he put the blame on Dave's lawyers for the last aborted get togethr.

Dave's voice is a far cry from what it used to be. I like "Me Wise Magic" from the Best Of but EVH didn't hesitate to disclose there was no way DLR could pull off some of those notes live — a hint as to why the reunion never happened.
