Yeah, that's the one, Shania. Sammy probably wishes he had written that song!

I don't know about MA singing RWTD, 13. What makes you ask that? Did he do it b4?

I have to say Dave puts on a good show too. I saw him about four or five years ago and had a good time(after I got out of the second row to avoid having him spray Jack Daniels on me).

Anyone know if Sammy is pretty good about taking pictures? I remember I took a few when he was in Sioux Falls years ago, but I was far back. I know that Sandstone is really slack on cameras except when the band says NO(like Rush...they were militant that night!). I actually was in the front row taking video for a Styx two years ago.

Sammy mixes it up if he plays 2 or more shows in a city, sadly he's only playing one in Michigan. In any case, I've yet to be dissaponited with a Sammy show.

I don't think Sammy has come to Denver at all except with VH and the Sam & Dave show. I was working the night Sam 7 Dave came and could not get off for it!! :(

I saw Sam and Dave in NJ. Great show. I didn't think I would, but I actually enjoyed DLR more, mostly because of song selection.

I never had a chance to see VH w/DLR but I did see DLR on the Eat 'Em And Smile Tour. THAT was phenominal. (Partly due to Steve and Billy...but DLR was still great!) But what little bit I have seen of DLR over the past few years, I really don't care about him at all anymore...

I always liked VH, had been a casual fan all the years. But I would say my most formidable years were during the Hagar era so that is why I prefer it to DLR. I was 15 when Hagar came in. And it was around then that I was able to fully involve myself in the music that I wanted to. Once you are self sufficient music becomes "yours". And Hagar was in the band when that happened for me...

He was there for Marching To Mars. One of the most circulated boots form that tour is form there, Red Rocks. I have it it's not bad, but Sam's voice is not the best.

Man, I don't remember hearing about it at all.
Would love to hear that boot...even if the vocals are a little tough.

I believe he sang this one on the reunion tour...he definitely sang lead on something when I saw them, just can't remember for certain if it was this one.

Nope, I believe it was Somebody Get Me A Doctor.

He did Somebody Get Me A Shot the last 2 tours. Knowing that as a rule Sammy pretty much eschewed all dave eras save for Jump, Panama and ATBL, ( and I know he cowtowed to do some Mean Streat and Unchained in '04) I figure maybe Mikey did this one.

Houston is in 5 Days and counting, BABY. To hear "Good Enough" and "Judgment Day" alone are going to make my day (Along with a LOT of Cabo.lol).
Anyone else for Jun 10th @ the Woodlands???
