"With Your Love" Live?

Postby Big J » Thu Jun 22, 2006 7:31 am

So...I saw something somewhere that said basically that all the songs off Arrival except Loved By You have been played live at least once.

When did they do With Your Love? I'm assuming it was only once, if at all, because I thought they'd never played it.

If they did, and someone knows when, anyone got an mp3 of it? Me and my wife's wedding song. I'd love to hear it live.

Wehey! That was one of our wedding songs too! (Along with "From THis Moment On" by Shania Twain, "This I Promise You" by Richard Marx, and "After All" by Peter Cetera & Cher!)

We managed to catch the band completely by chance at Hard Rock Live in Orlando while on our honeymoon and was hoping they'd play it, but unfortunately not!

Did they not play that at Neals' wedding? I thought I read that somewhere. I wonder who sang it?

Me and my wife's wedding song

It was my wife and I's wedding song too. Wanted to pick a song from a band we liked, but not something that had been overdone.

I was thinking the same thing for my wedding. We picked Loved By You.

I used it to, last dance of the evening. DJ had Arrival, gotta love it. Knew it was the single in August, '01 too.

I do think this is one of the numbers the band rolled out live at Neal's wedding.
"I love almost everybody."---Rocky Balboa 1990
"Let's reform this thing.Let's go out and get some guys who want to work and go do it"--Neal Schon February, 2001

If I were at a Journey show...and "Loved by You" and they began to play "Loved by You"....I would head straight for the exits and keep walking like Forrest Gump did.

Aww, that's harsh...its a lovely track!

I've always found it hard to get round a few on here that call the ballads on "Arrival" and some on "Trial By Fire" cheesy. To me they're no more that than say "Send Her My Love" or "Open Arms"...all great songs.

However, there are one or two too many slow tempo tracks on those albums for my liking to be honest.
