Well, THIS explains a lot, doesn't it?

Over the last 2 years, we have all wondered why Journey was so damned passive. Why wouldn't they do TV, or radio, or a duet, or something?

I for one had the idea of Steve Augeri doing a duet with Andrea Corr. That was a great idea. She is smoking hot, and that could have brought many new fans to the table.

Others have wondered why Journey wouldn't do TV like other bands? Well.......

And the setlists.....Now we know why every night was the same songs, to the tee.........

Journey, what the fuck is wrong with you? Steve did an admirable job for you. You have taken this too far. Steve, you are NOT off the hook, but you aren't the only one here who is sleazy.

Neal, Cain, get this guy some rest, and if his voice is shot, which I think it is, get someone else....NOW!

Yeah, but they just as easily synch a television song? They do it in front of thousandsat concerts, why wouldn't they do it in front of several hundred?

Sorry Deano but I'm way ahead of you on that but it was the BT fans that made me realize it when they started bashing DL for petty things like no promo from them for Journey, etc. Journey did nothing to promote themselves and many Journey fans stated that. Go check out the threads from a couple months ago to now. So when I found out about this it just fell into place rather neatly.

Here's the current 64,000.00 question;why is Journey's drummer doing 1/3 of the set? You see DL fans have been to Journey shows before this and there are a lot of them from last night and tonight wanting to know that. One poster stated that the singers voice was hoarse so she thought it was a one time thing to help him out. Another pointed out that the last show they went to of Journey's SA did all but one song. Another went to both shows and thought it was temp for last night but then sees it again.

No, try reading a little slower
ok so I agree but can only speak for the present time not 20 years back.
Why is the drummer doing 4 songs? Is it permanent for this tour?
