Actually I must admit that the people who have posted pics on here certainly do not fit the stereotype of 'internet message board nerds' quite a handsome bunch I must say honestly. And please take this in the spirit that it is said, but Shania may well be the most beautiful woman I didn't have to pay $9.95 a month to see ever on the web. Wow!

Would you believe they were handing those bad boys out for free as you entered the venue?! Most people were using them for fans because it was so damn hot, but it makes for a great souvenier!

Yes he does...he calls it the "village" complete with Marachi bands and plenty of tequila flowing! Those cold margaritas went down REALLY well that night! He has a bar on stage too. When I get them downloaded, I'll post some pictures from the show.

Sammy's the man. Was he screaming "waitress!" in between songs? When I saw hima couple years back, between songs he'd be talking, tellign a story or something and in mid sentence just scream "WAITRESS!" and out would come some (presumably) local stripper in a bikini to take his empty glass and bring him another drink. Hilarious.

That was one of the best concert's I've ever been to actually...Sammy was just smoking that night, and his band is killer. Closed with When It's Love, which is one of my favorite VH songs, but with an extended ending jam...way cool.

At the moment it's in the back seat of my car. I haven't had time to unpack everything from my trip. I got back late last night. Come to think of it, maybe I'll leave it there!

He IS the man, he SO knows how to have fun. He had about a half dozen of those strippers and a bar on stage, hollaring for drinks, taking a sip and then tossing the rest into the audience. I took a few pics of the bikini girls for my program director, so I"ll post them for you guys too. ;)

Not a problem ;-)

I've seen Sammy on every tour (including VH in '04) since Marching To Mars....they just keep getting better and more fun. Thing that sucked this year, though, was no Encore at the Woodlands due to time. I've heard a LOT of people have had that problem though. Not JUST Houston. The damn curfews need to stop EVERYWHERE. Can ya see a venue putting a cerfew on Pink Floyd?????????????? I think not. LOL.

We have Bandimere Speeway in the foothills near Red Rocks. The place is an institution. And it has to move because of all the noise complaints it is getting. Bandimere has been there for over 20 years and in the past couple, there have been too many people building homes near it...and now they ae complaining. It makes me sick!

That's really messed up J28, Colorado is my favorite state to visit for the beauty, but every time I go out there, especially to Colorado Springs, at least 50,000 more people living there, taking up what used to be beautiful land. Then as you say, all they want to do is bitch about stuff that's been there for many years before them. I remember when Skysox stadium was in the middle of nowhere, and now, crappy expensive homes going up around it, and people complaingin about the fireworks after the game. total BS.
