The Met's are Pond Scum.

I'm a Cards fan. All star games mean nothing to me, I know what you are saying about World Series though, STL choked in 04 and for that matter in 05 trying to get there. At least I'm not a Cubs fan though. It's like the BT of Baseball Teams.

Yes, it was me who spoke to Kevin Elson before the show in Indy and I posted basically everything he told me over at the other place. For some reason, it appears to have been deleted (I was out of town all day today and just saw that I couldn't find it). Elson was very easy to talk to and was talking about basically everything. Everything in the first post here was true. I edited the medical information after a few people over there read my post and complained about me including that info in the post. Well, I figured people would want to know. Apparently all of this stuff that Elson told me is top secret. I just don't get why my post was deleted over there. Elson also told me some other interesting info from a sound standpoint about working JSS into the set in the middle of the tour. He did say thank goodness for Def Leppard because if it was just Journey the tour would have been cancelled.

Anyway, I did speak to Elson and what he told me apparently did not make the cut at the other place and got removed. Take that for what it's worth.[/list]

He was working on this a lot longer than 4 weeks ago, trust me. He knew this was happening. Elson is like part of the Journey Cabinet. He has to be kept informed, for he is the man behind the curtain. How do you think they got new background vocals in the set so fast? They had Augeris voice on the BG vox, and need to dub in JSS's or just fatten up Friga and Valory's.

Neither do I. I don't really care what sort of proof they all think they have... I was in the very front row in Edinburgh and I believe what I heard with my own ears from 2 feet away.

A simple denial of the allegations- once it was wide spead, would have put a lot to rest, but that is just my opinion

I agree with you on that one, Lula. The whole debate would not have got this out of hand if the guys had just commented on it.

The thing is, if the band had actually said something then the allegations might not have escalated where it did. It should have been nipped in the bud when it all started.

It is odd; however, that there has not been any response to the multiple threads inquiring about Steve Augeri's status like there was when he had pneumonia.

It could mean 1 of 2 things.

1. That there's sneaky stuff going on in the background - Not necessarily using tapes, I just mean things going on they don't want anyone to know about

2. Steve is actually ill and they either don't know what's going on/don't want to worry people cos it's more serious than a throat infection.
