As any staunch Journey fan already knows, the one-word title, "Freedom" was always supposed to be a part of the Journey titular cannon.
In fact, it was supposed to be the title of the follow up to "Frontiers."
At Perry's insistance, the one-word titles were left behind and Journey took a different course.
However, as recently as last year, Neal ((allegedly)) said that he still wanted to use the title.
Here's the question;
In these post-911 times, can Journey still use the title without sounding like some contryfried pseudo-patriotic Toby Keith dickhammer?

That's true...and it will give Herbie one more thing to point to and say, "Yeah, I dreamed up that title up 30 years ago. I even approved the cover art.

Herbie also took credit for "Arrival", saying it was always a part of the initial album-name strategy.
That doesn't mesh with a Neal-interview I read, where Neal claimed he wanted to call the album "Avatar".
Lots of baloney on the web, not sure what to believe.
