As great a singer as Soto is, he is not right for this band.
At least give the fans the sound they want until Steve can come back. It will make for a great show.
HUGO is definitely the guy for this, he is doing a Journey tribute band now. Check out his website at journeyshow.com
It would be a story just like the movie Rockstar, guy gets to live out a dream.
(Soto could appreciate a story like that)
Go ahead and search HUGO and you will see he has been discussed at great lengths on this board. But "most" come to the same conclusion that it would be too creepy and several feel his voice is too thin.
