Sy Klopps Blues Band

Postby SF-Dano » Fri Aug 18, 2006 3:58 am

I was on the Ross Vallory site the other day and saw the list of musicians that played on the Sy Klopps albums. Now I always thought that Herbie was Sy Klopps, but he is not listed as one of the players, not even listed as "Sy Klopps". Anyone got some info on these recordings for me?

Also does Neal appear on every song or just guest on one or two?

If you are a fan of blues music, which I am into a bit, are they worth picking up?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Herbie is Sy. I don't have those earlier CDs (since they haven't been available until recently) but I do have one of the later ones and I really liked it. Herbie isn't too bad of a singer and well suited to blues.
