Yeah, I'd be interested in hearing personal reviews of the Sleeptrain show. We're not going. I'll go to another Journey concert when they start playing some serious new music. :)

I just wish they would play some Arrival and at the very least Faith in the Heartland=their very best song! I wonder if they can't because of contract stuff with Augeri? that's probably not the reason, but wish they would play some newer stuff too! If JSS can't sing Faith in the Heartland yet, please let Deen do it!!!!!

They did Faith in the Heartland recently, didn't they? There was a boot of JSS (audio only) doing it live in concert. Not bad at all, but it's always hard to tell because the band is using this mega sound system and then they're recorded onto a recorder or video camera. Quality is never that great. I'm fairly certain they can DO songs from Arrival, but just don't want to...

Fairly certain? Are the songs on Arrival difficult to pull off live?

I chose the wrong words. I shouldn't have said "fairly certin." I'm SURE they can play songs from Arrival, however my understanding of it has been that since the label wasn't really behind it, the guys decided they didn't want to put effort into playing the songs live, if they weren't going to be supported by the label.

People actually sit during Dead or Alive? How is that possible!

I do not know, but I saw it happen in San Antonio.

Right, and the argument that the band was making (which I'm sure you've heard) is that since there was no airplay, then the fans wouldn't be familiar with the material anyway.

Of course, the odd thing is that GENERATIONS didn't get any airplay, and didn't they play at least one song from it? Same with RED 13.
