Yeah, just a screen name I came up with in about 2 seconds. Don't read too much into it. Does yours mean you are Yogi Berra or do you like to steal pic-i-nic baskets?

They were the ones who allowed this to happen.
Neal is the leader correct????????????? Its like blaming a Private when a General orders him to do something!!!!!!

Ah yes, but the private is still guilty for carrying out the order. No matter how guilty the General is for giving the order in the first place. Lots of privates are guilty for carrying out the General's orders on this one, SA included.

Much in how the Arrival tour featured Frampton/Wait and Foreigner, the next tour with feature co-headliners to help ensure maximum seated capacity is reached and to further cement JSS's status as new vocalist to the great unwashed masses.
Only then, will Journey embark on a major national solo tour with Jeff at the helm.
So it is written, so it shall be done.

Without the fans, there's no money. What the hell are you talking about?

Let's pretend the tape scandal and everything Dean and TNC accuse Journey of is absolute 100% FACT.
They are playing with the fans on BT by dragging out the news.
In fact, they are playing with ALL of the fans by not talking about ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. They are on one of the most successful tours around and how many interviews have they done?
The BAND screwed the fans over on the LAST tour by lip-synching vocals.
The BAND screwed the fans over by how they handled replacing Augeri by replacing him while many of the dates were already on sale.
Then there are the things I said in other posts:
The BAND placed money over best interest by not taking time out from touring to complete a full album (Red 13) or pefect the writing and production of an album (Generations).
The BAND placed money over the fans by not selling Generations on their own website when the tour started.
The BAND placed money over the fans by allowing ILAA to sell the tickets for the first 15 rows at their concerts at OUTRAGOUS prices. They could have found a better way.
When there is a choice between doing what is right for the fans, or taking in a paycheck....Journey ALWAYS takes the paycheck. It's obvious.

It sure didn't feel like that to me when I saw them. A friend from work went with a bunch of her friends who were going to see Def Leppard and they all thought Journey was better and more fun to watch than DL. I know I was bored when DL came on.

Regardless of which band (on ANY tour) a particular person came to see, or likes the most...the "supporting acts" play first and the "headliner" plays last. On this tour, Def Leppard is the headliner and Journey is the opening act. No matter who plays better, or whether you like it or not, that's just a fact.

And I'm still surprised they agreed to it.......
I'm a die hard DL fan. Have been for over 25 years. This concert was probably my 10+ of seeing them. I have to admit Journey gave them a running for the money. On some of the songs it was hard to hear Joe. Like with me age is showing and some of those high notes aren't coming so easy anymore. Journey gave any excellent concert. Last time I seen them was 82. Impressed with JS. but Dean kicked ass. I must say that Journey should not be considered the open act but equal billing. Thanks for rocking my world.

Cool with me! Journey plays first. DL goes on after & halfway through DL's set I make a bee line to the parking lot & jump on the freeway within minutes! Not a problem!

Gee, I thought they were going to record an album?
They are going to go on tour again?
They are probably well on their way to planning the next tour.
