Simple.

Deano has cracked the shits with me and has stated he is done with this forum.

Sadly I had to again raise the topic of personal abuse with Dean and ask why he continually rtefuses to accept or respect my wishes that he does not bring up BT users by name and abuse them on this forum.

I'll put up with everything else, but naming people from another forum and abusing them is simply not acceptable.

That said, Deano got all pissed off and said I could shove my forum...

He has not been banned or given a holiday and is free to post whenever he gets over his little tantrum and accepts my simple posting rule.

Hmmm, well! I certainly don't agree with name calling and puting other members down! But I will comment on perhaps why he is upset about some members. Well, I will usually make a post on another forum, not this one. And all the time, I get insulted personally because I made a comment about a song, I get some good feedback usually but! somebody always has to throw a cheap shot towards me personally, as if I am some piece of shit and don't know what im talking about, then after all that - I get banned because these users can't handle it and complain to the mods, after they personally insulted me and all you guys here, including this forum, and website!.

Yes....I am WELL aware of this...
That is why I do not give a lot of creedence to certain complaints that come my way...I know there are trouble makers from outside trying to influence the goings on within this forum.

I do my best to make sure this does not happen, but certain posts only antagonize this situation and give these "outsiders" the ammunition they need - the ammunition that makes them think they are better than those that post regularity here.

I have tried and tried to relay this mssage to Dean and ask him to condsider that when posting.

Mac,

Props for running a good site that allow folks to express their opinion. You let folks voice their opinion and you have to be commended for that, thanks. If not this forum would be like BT and I have no time for that cheerleading crap.

As far as Deano goes, folks need to get a life. This is an internet forum, not the office, not the coffee shop and not the local shopping store. Dean is straight up, speaks his mind and can abuse people if they let him. I really think people need to grow a thicker skin and take Dean for what he's worth. If you're offended by his comments, then don't participate. He can be over the top at times (as I'm sure I've been accused of as well) but he shoots a straight deal most of the time. To be quite honest, if you can't get a good laugh from Dean's posts you must have a corn cob up your ass.

Bottom line, cut him some slack, take it for what it's worth and get back to real life!

I agree with you Aaron and thanks for the compilment about the forum. I ask only 1 small thing of Dean - I laugh at some of the rants, but don't want BT users named individually here in the middle of rants.
If those people were here joining in the debate, then fine...they can stand up for themselves, but when these users Dean has a thing against are not peresent here, then I don't see how naming them in derogratory fashion helps anyone.

Mac is the greatest to be sure, I didn't see eye to eye with him, and told him off and that was that. However, it is his forum, and I should respect his rules. I just don't agree that we should ever respect "the other site" having known what I know about those "people." If you all here knew what they say, not only about me, but others, you would be agasp.....

If I were to leave, "they over there" would have won. There is NO WAY "they" are ever going to win unless they come and physically kill me. NO WAY.
However, I think I will be a much much different poster now. A boring one, if you know what I mean, and that will probably lead to less and less posts..

What exactly do you know? I've been posting over there for years yet you apparently knew nothing of me. In general I'm considered a raving lunatic over there and also at The Cooler.
