Do your own thing or shut the fuck up, one Deano is enough. Two of him, especially one who doesn't live up the standard (that would be YOU) is too fucked up to contemplate!

Ah, yes, because everyone knows it's not your talent, drive, determination or writing ability, it's where you LIVE that spells your success. It's all clear now, thank you.
And where did I ever state that? Show me.
It's a simple fact that it's easier to write with your bandmates when they share ur zipcode.
Go place another bulk shipment order of drake's cakes and ho-ho's.
Ah, this is a dustup worth watching...

And what didactic leg do you presume to stand on, good sir?
Aren't you the chrome domed halfwit who named his daughter after Journey's largely unspectacular bassist?
You look like Andre Agassi with down syndrome.
For the record, I've been posting here much longer than Deano, and as Andrew could easily attest, have been warned/banned thru the moon.

One thing I'll say about TNC. I hate his stinking entrails (and he knows and loves me for that)but the Deano wanna be thing couldn't be further from the truth....

As far as the chemistry thing, I would imagine that it would work out better if they were all living closer together. Like Neal would drive down to Jon's house and they would write an record. Just seems much easier. Plus he had connections with alot of the other muscians in the area : Hagar, Satriani, Blades, etc. But in this day and age everyone is only a plane flight or email file away. I recall reading somewhere that Neal does not like to fly much anymore though. I know Neal's mom still lives in Hayward, hopefully he will still be back in the area from time to time.

Jon was talking about moving there, I don't know if he did. I will ask him tonight at the show.

Yeah, or to shamelessly curry favor with a bandmember.
Being named after someone as stupedefying "average" as Ross Valory is akin to having the Scarlet Letter branded on your forehead.
Like it or not, you've probably stigmatized that poor girl for life.
What about Helen Keller, Martin Luther King, Albert Einstein?
Now these are all great people truly worthy of naming someone after.RossValoryRocks wrote:However if you bring my daughter in any way into any conversation again you will have more problems than you will now how to deal with.
You divulged that you foolhardily named your daughter "Valory".
Not me.
RossValoryRocks wrote:I was shaving my head long before Agassi thought of it, since you seem to put a store in how long someone has been doing things.
Not at all.
Just setting the record straight.
Can't very well be a Deano knock-off if I have been posting long before him, now can I?RossValoryRocks wrote:I am a Marine, which means I have acutally DONE something with my life, unlike you.
Yeah, kill arabs and steal glances at the sergeant's dong while in the group shower.
Go bic your ass.

Like so many trade school rejects that inevitably find their way into the armed services, you espouse a disturbing "shoot first and ask questions later" methodology.
I know men that have proudly served their country and u display none of their ethos.
In fact, your burly barroom brawler demeanor leads me to believe you are a sociopath.
In case you forgot, YOU uninstigatively chose to pounce on me in this thread.
Hope you enjoyed going down in your proud hail of gun fire, soldier.

What an insecure little man you are.
Like any of this means anything to me.RossValoryRocks wrote:I would bet if you brought into a discussion any child of one of the people you say you know proudly served they would kick your ass on the spot.
I bet those same people would've known better than to make their daughter and her silly name a topic for public discussion.
RossValoryRocks wrote:I warned you to leave my child out of any discussion and you unwisely chose to ignore that advice.
And just who the fuck are you?
I take my official reprimands from Andrew.

Several people in this thread beg to differ, and who exactly gives a fuck what you find amusing?
I bet you shuffle thru a slide show of AbuGhraib photos for kicks.RossValoryRocks wrote:Deano is at least inventive, you aren't even that.

So how would you even begin to presume to know what I've written in all my years here.RossValoryRocks wrote:I have done more in and with my life than you could ever hope to do and I PROUDLY served my country, even actually fought for it in the Gulf (the first time around) what have you done?
More empty boasting.
This 'tough talk' may mean something in the barracks or in the mess hall, but it means very little in the context of MR.com.
Why don't you go back to the Gulf and pound on sand.RossValoryRocks wrote:I won't tell you to stop running your mouth, I served to give you the right to do so
So I guess when you told me to "..shut the fuck up", that was your way of promoting the democratic ideal of free speech?RossValoryRocks wrote:but I would suggest modifying your tactics, at least toward me and my family or you will write a check your ass can't cash.
I don't care about you, your pompous degrees, or your irrationally-named kids.

He's moving to MN, not Siberia. Minnesota is only seriously cold maybe in Jan and and Feb. The rest of the year there is very nice unless your near the Canadian border and if Neal is moving there, his wife is from Waseca, which is far south. It's not California by any means, but then again who wants to live with smog, earthquakes and plastic people?![]()
