Steve was there, we were all happpy to see him, he has a lot of friends on this tour as well as his bandmates, why wouldn't he come to a show in his own backyard? I had a great chat with him & he was very optimistic with me holding the fort out here. I love the guy, he is one of the good ones, I'll leave it at that as the rest of his business is his business, not for me or anyone else to share. Just to let you know he looked great & was in great spirits, very positive.

I used to like Augeri, that is until the lip synching scandel got out, now I lost all respect for him and a lot of respect for the band for allowing it to happen. Still love the music, they just lost a lot of their respect from me.

You probably do take a lot more than anyone and for good reason, you deserve it. Many people on this thread are upset with SA and the whole situation but they express their opinion in a respectful manner. You on the other hand appear to lack the ability to use some control. I would like to know if you have ever met SA. I have met him a few times and had the chance to talk quite extensively to him. He is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Taking all of the music and controversy out of it, he is a great person. I think that JSS is doing a phenomonal job and I think it would be great to see him continue. But I am still a SA fan. If he doesn't come back, I would wish him well in his future projects, he deserves happiness. But I am not one of the freaky ones that would refuse to ever go to another Journey concert again. In fact, I fully intend to continue to go, JSS, SA or whoever. So, with that said, I think that your tactics are just plain rude and uncalled for. There are tactful ways to express your opinions.

Sorry if this didn't make much sense, the Ambien kicked in right around the "you deserve it"part

Just got home from work so I didn't get to write this till now. I can't believe no one mentioned that Steve Augeri was at PNC last night!! He was watching the show from the sound room. When we recognized him Steve was gracious enough to stop and chat with us and that really made our night!! We told him how much we loved his voice and how much we missed seeing him on stage. He was smiling that million dollar smile of his and he looked AMAZING!!! Steve we miss you and Journey is not the same without you. Hurry back and thanks for taking the time to talk to us fans... that's what makes you stand out from the rest...you are truly a kind and compassionate person, qualities not often seen in regular people, (never mind celebrities!!) I disagree. That song, Be Good to Yourself, has everything...Upbeat tempo, sharp keys, long guitar solo, and catchy as fuck hooks and choruses. That song also has great lyrics.
